First, thank you for the overwhelming response and support for IDA. I can see that most of you are interested in IDA and would like to be a part of it. You don’t need to ask permission to join. You are in.

There is a dire need for a world organization like IDA since ethics in this game has gone down the drain.

The aim of IDA is to build a world organization for benevolent causes.



IDA Framework

This is a rough vision of how IDA can be structured. This framework will be refined. It will be implemented in phases. Everything need not be done at once or in a single day. We will break it down into chewable bits and build together.

The one thing that is abundant on erep is human resource... for now.



The IDA is comprised of 5 components:


IDA Defense Network
IDA supporter MUs will get together to fight against evil. All the fighters will unite for a cause, assemble and coordinate with the country in trouble and wage a war. The members can return to their respective MUs once the campaign is over.

We will try to gather funds to help the situation in terms of moving costs, supplies. Depends on the funds we receive from donors.

Initially we might not be able to do much, but once we get powerful, we can really get powerful. It is possible if this works.



IDA Intelligence Network

This team will gather data about troubled countries, information all around the world, come up with strategies and determine feasibility. Responsible for planning and evaluation. It will also determine if the cause is legit.



IDA Marketing

Media centered, contests, fund raisers, recruiting individuals and spreading the word. Will be responsible for videos, designs, logos, branding, PR, images, cool factor, trolling, rabble rousing, etc

Fundraisers will be held every month.



IDA Operations

Backbone of IDA. The aim is to create an IDA system and ensure that the framework is refined, teams are built and ideas are communicated and developed into action. Maintains database and stats.



IDA Information Dissemination

IDA will be very transparent. Most of the organization will be carried out in the media. All the funds available, allocated etc will be made available to public. Everyone should know what is going on in IDA. Everything that can be shared, will be shared.



Feel free to come up with new ideas, add to the system, modify, and make it better.

The success of IDA depends on involvement. The above plan is quite easy. If we can take up each department and lead properly, we can do this with ease.

I would like volunteers who can step up and be leaders. Put your own mind into it, adopt it as your own.

IDA is not the property of a single person. It is a team, a system; everyone is welcome to join it.

Be free to express yourself and have the spirit of learning. Don’t worry about failing. Risks are fantastic and in a game you lose nothing.

The important thing is to learn and have fun. And to focus on the goal.

Build a strong force that will stand up against evil.
