Dear Ireland,

The Irish Citizen Army has for the past couple of weeks been enduring a time of hardship, however, I am proud to say that overall, it has moved for the better.
We have seen many new faces around in the ICA, varying from older players such as Joe Hitman and Bristel Akina returning, to newer players joining us.
We currently hold the largest output of influence in Ireland, and we are intending to keep it at that. Because of this, we have invested into a new commune, supplying us with Q7 weapons, to boost our overall efficiency.







Starting today, all members of the ICA working in an ICA commune receive 10x Q7 tanks per day which is a huge boost in our fire-power.
Previous supplies of 16 Q6 tanks per day gave our soldiers 96 hits with the weapons received from us, with the new supply form however, you will get 100 hits per day from us, and, since the quality level of our weapons have improved too, you will be able to deal much more influence than before..







A few nights per week, Sunday being the most popular, we will get back to arranging coordinated strikes, where the ICA as a team gathers up to fight together in a battle for Ireland or her allies.
I hope you can make it to #eICA as often as possible, because if you can be on each night between 13:00-15:00 eRep time(9pm-11pm Irish) the chances are that we will be holding a coordinated strike which everyone is free to join.
Members who show up in time for strikes will quite likely receive extra supplies for the strike!





Family, brotherhood and friendship are the three most important things in the ICA. In the ICA our members take care and help each other in times of need no matter what. We believe that a strong community is vital to the survival of a military unit, and thus one of our main requirements is a good sense of humour.
The heart of the ICA is our IRC channel, #eICA.
Here you can fight alongside friends on the battlefield, chill out and have the craic and banter with others or just ask any questions you have regarding eRepublik/e-Ireland/ICA/Current Battles etc. The chances of you experiencing more success within eRepublik if you regularly visit this channel are very large.





All members, new or old, are treated as a part of our family in the ICA. We assist everyone based on their own values, and once you're a part of this family you will receive all the help and support you will need to get where you want in eRepublik.





There are only a few basic requirements for joining the Irish Citizen Army.

Non-optional:
• Activity. Must fight regularly and make an effort to come on #eICA.
• Must Wear Avatar. A personalised avatar will be made with the image you want.
• Must have a sense of humour. By times there is a lot of trolling/banter in ICA but it is not intended to be taken seriously.
• Loyalty. If you do not have this quality then do not apply for ICA.
• Teamwork. If you are not willing to be a good team player then do not apply for ICA.

Optional
• Work in ICA Company. If you wish to receive Daily Supplies you must work in an ICA Company.
