Join the new world

First of all I would like to thank you for the confidence shown to me! Becoming I&W Party president is great honour, and I promise that I will give my best.

I will not lead party autocratic, and that means we ( I&W members) all will be coworkers.

My approach would be to give everyone a chance to become Congressman. Young players should join irc and forum and show activity and I will put them at our candidates list.
Also I&W would not be great party as it is, if we do not send our proven and experienced players to Congress. They will lead our members and guide them with advices at Congress.
Also I will contact Chean and alex-3 to ask them is anyone of them willing to try making decisions in Congress. This two players are members of I&W before I had joined, and they are at same military unit, but never been in Congress.
This Congress elections I will again run only as backup candidate and I will be at bottom of our candidates list.
Also I use this occasion to invite all I&W members to move in NL and apply for Congress.


As far as CP elections, my opinion is that I&W has many potential candidates for that spot. From honoured ex CPs which can do one more term without any special efforts and lead nation to prosperity. But I would use this kind of candidates in hard times like wars,PTO, troubles..
Another group of players are well known players which never try to guide our community ; odan, MafCeez, niekhzm, epix, svenders and so on..
They provide us choice for months and months in future. All this players should do is to make program and ask I&W support, and they can be sure they will get it.
With this I provide insight at main decisions that I will make this month.



Now I would like to speak about informal I&W PP attitudes!

What I say now will probably make some reactions from older players. There is one more option, and that is if no one of I&W members is not willing to run for CP, I&W will support other NL parties candidate for CP!
This probably will not happen, but I would like to keep this option opened for future so our citizens can become accustomed to new terms and standards at NL politics scene.

We were very divided nation, and that was pleased to players from outside.
If we start talking about that times again there will be fights. And that is why we should forget those times.
I am aware that some players are offended, and that today they comment other side without they read what that side wrote.
This must and will change!
I&W will be guiding this new reconciliation as it befits the biggest party in the country!

I am unencumbered by the ghosts of the past because I came upon these events.
I have met GEN. DE LA REY, lancer450, Cody Caine, Willem The Conqueror, Spir Tus, djirtsdew, ElGorro, 071leiden, Weekstrom, Walhallah and I can conclude that all of them are patriots same as we are at I&W!
In short, I met all the members of our community and I have not found evil and bad people!
Geuzen Partij Nederland is probably most suspicious to our population, but if one player as 071 leiden can be their PP or member it tells me that I can cooperate even with them. And I will be glad if I&W and GPN establishment better relations while I am I&W PP. From my point of view I only see that this party GPN lost over half members and that they died. It is inevitable loss for our community.


Now I have few questions for older players!
Who help me to become what I am ?
Who was support for me when I had mistakes as Congress member ?
Who voted me for I&W PP ?
Who voted Willem The Conqueror (another one young player) for Country President ?
Who is helping young NL citizens with advice and protection ?
Answer is most of you old ones!


I would kindly ask I&W members to forgive and forget, that way you will help our community and other parties will guide by our example.
