"In short: The senate emroils itself in far too much red-tape to be effective.

It takes far too long to reach conclusions on decisions, and often misses the point of the proposal entirely.
It limits the ability of decision makers to act as effective members of the government.
It is far more concerned with protocal and unecessary details (such as a JPG image representation of the senate) than actually achieving anything.

I support Senate Reform. Basically it gets confusing and is a major put off for most people. If its kept simple and user friendly im sure things would be progress faster.
