[I&W] Our congress candidates

Iron and Wine is by far the oldest party of them all and quite a few of our members are so old that they “have become part of the furniture.” Most have already proved themselves long ago when they used to be famous members of the Dutch community but I think most of the Netherlands has forgotten them.

Lets start off with some numbers;

Experience
Our 11 congress candidates have a total of 109 congress medals and 10 president medals.

Activity
Our 11 congress candidates have a total of 15801 posts on the national forum, 6 of them are daily on the IRC.

Community
Our 11 congress candidates have a total of 12 real life meeting medals.


Now it’s time for you to meet the congress candidates running for Iron and Wine;

Tim Veltkamp

Former president Tim Veltkamp lead Iron and Wine as PP for 2 terms and several terms as VP. He has also been in over 17 governments, of which most have been in the Ministry of Defence and Foreign Affairs. He is the trout slapper of our community and is active on both the forums and IRC.

Odan

Mister Odan is another dinosaur that has been PP of Iron and Wine several times, he has a lot of experience as chairman of congress and knows really well how to find his way in the laws of the Netherlands. He is also one of the forums Global Moderators.

Daniel Parker

One of the photoshop artists of the Netherlands, the forum medals and the logo’s of several (former) parties came from his hand. Daniel has been party president of several parties of which he also has been writing the ideologies. He has also been creating several laws that are still active in the lawbook.

Garmr

Garmr is … well … Garmr is Garmr, he has been a strong president in the past and is quite well known in some parts of the international community. He is broadly experienced and really responsible when needed. To people who piss him off he might appear as a bully but he really is a nice guy when you get to know him.

Schoft

Schoft is the first of the two DRP members for congress in Iron and Wine because DRP won’t be in the top 5 during this election, we fully support them. Please read this article regarding the DPR candidates.

el Trench

el Trench is the second DRP member running for congress in Iron and Wine.

Heikanu

Heikanu is one of the admins that has been building the national forum from the ground up, he has been president and has experience on a broad range of subjects.

MaartenW

Well that’s me! I guess you do remember the article I wrote just before last month’s president elections.

james janeway

James has been putting a lot of effort into Iron and Wine and has been realizing a growth of members during his time as party president.

Val3s OBrien

We suspect that our Israeli friend Val3s is a member of the mossad spying on us but we are still not certain about that. He has been a congress member several times and served under several (foreign) governments.

FikkieHo

FikkieHo has never tried to meddle with the politics before, he wants to see if he likes it but also acknowledges that he only irregularly visits the forums. He said that he would be a good candidate to close the list.



We hope we won’t be pushed out of the top 5 because of parties gaining “ghostmembers”, hopefully we will gain a nice amount of congress members this term.
