[H.I.] ADMINS: Unban Giannis Tsiolis and Demon3!

On Day 1,542, two members of the Hellenic Infantry MU were temporarily banned, supposedly for breaking the 1st erepublik law and more specifically:
Thou shall not contaminate the New World with filth such as External advertising!
No further information was provided, regarding what exactly they posted that was considered as external advertising.

Those of you who know Giannis Tsiolis, who by the way is 2nd Commander in our Military Unit and manages companies that belong to Hellenic Infantry, know that he is playing this game with respect to the game rules as well as respect to the other players. He has not been very active lately, apart from fulfilling his MU duties; he has not published an article, his comments are limited to "voted" and he has not advertised any external website in his feeds.

As for Demon3, he does not even own a newspaper and he is lately not even commenting on other players' articles or posting shouts.

Those two players received the temp bans for external advertising...

An important detail here:
The rules state that the penalties for breaking the 1st Law of Erepublik are FPs. Only after "a citizen has reached 4 (four) forfeit points, in extreme infringement situations, the eRepublik staff members reserve the right to apply additional penalties", i.e. temp/perma ban.

BOTH of them were FP-less before the suspensions!
They did not have an FP (let alone four), yet they were outright suspended!

Obviously WRONG suspensions. Even though it is very hard to believe that they were done by mistake, let's give mods the benefit of the doubt.

Knowing that they had done no such thing, they went on to appeal the penalties, stating that they had done nothing of that sort and asking to be told what they had written that triggered the ban.

One would think that the person handling the appeal would find no evidence of rule infringement and would lift the ban. Or, in the case he found something, he would at least inform them what they did wrong.

Nope... the "appeal committee" confirmed the "initial decision", without providing any further information...

UNACCEPTABLE

Therefore, on behalf of the Hellenic Infantry I request that:
- You lift the wrongful bans of giannis tsiolis and Demon3
- You compensate those players for the properties and strength that they lost due to those suspensions.
- You clear their names.
- You investigate the mods handling their cases, for abuse of power and consciously wrongful actions.
