First i would like to say that i got a serious problem in RL, so i wont have many time, but i will give some planned program and hoping for support.
Wellness Program
After being discussed, its decided that the wellness program will start with system:
1. TMOHS PM-ing user with level 5+
2. After they replied, they will be given 2 ticket to move to war country and get a hospital, then return to China
3. If their wellness is below 40, a gift will be sent.
Or the citizen can contact the minister, but they have to be in level 5.
How do you think?
Invite RL Chinese
I have contacted some guy who live in RL China, and ask them a favor to invite more citizen, and also i hope Zhou San will start it soon
New Hospital
We will get another hospital, its Q4 for Shandong for 200 gold! And also government-owned hospital has reached Q3 level.
Media
Asoka has planned to start a writing article competition, we're looking for your opinion.
Military reformation
Military reformation will be started, but we still need to discuss it, in forum maybe?
Monex program
Responding to the wild monetary exchange, we are looking for your opinion for the solution.
Constitution
Responding to capitalism vs socialism, we need constitution to resolve this for the future, maybe we can talk about this in forum?
More region
I will try to ask for Chongqing, maybe after the congress election.
Region developing
This program hasnt been started because of unactive minister and governor 🙁

Why do we not have our own wars with our lovely Capital Beijing (Q5).
Big approval for inviting RL Chinese, Media contests
Small approval (ie I don't care about it, but do not oppose) for Military Reform, More Regions,
New Hospital - I disapprove of getting any hospital that is not Q5, but I am more concerned with why the govern is going to essentially WASTE money on a Q3 hospital when we need that Gold for other things (see monex section). If you want to fight in wars, drop 30-40 CNY on a moving ticket for Beijing (which the government can provide if they want).
Constitution - If you write a communist constitution, I (and most capitalists) wont follow it. If you write a socialist constitution the capitalists wont follow it. If you write a capitalistic constitution, the socialists will oppose it. Just write nothing and let such decisions as to the direction of our government lie with those who get the most support (ie whatever the people vote for in their congressional representatives is what we will get.)
Region Development. I see no need, please explain why we should put all our eggs in one basket. (I feel I am missing something)
Monex Program. Magic Box. Set a currency and stick to it for a while, and SLOWLY adjust as the country needs.

Good, but for constitution, we should write something about guided democracy i think.

More Regions - i think this is worth for RL Chinese we will get later (because they must have nationalism 🙂 )

Region Development - More region, we need to develop it or it will just be a supporter of TOs, and also to anticipate the worst case if Beijing fall.
what do you mean "develop"
We find a friend to Mock-war with, or we Resistant War the SK region.
Make the region with many company and population, or even hospital.
Mock-war its a good idea, maybe we can try to contact nation like phillipine. for resistance war, the problem is only gold.
How does having a region with a lot of companies help prevent TO's. Congressmen in Chinese parties should be smart enough to run in less competitive regions (filling all regions).
We have gold for a hospital, let's redirect that money to a mock battle.

The company and population is also for decentralization, its not nice to be a centralized country with everything in Beijing 🙂
I have contacted the President of Phillipines, and still waiting for their response of mock-war.
you are for decentralization, but you don't take a vote from congress before setting up and upgrading the government hospital company? I and many other would have voted yes, if we were asked. It seems, however, that even after agreeing to to 'cease fire' of sorts, you still seem keen to go around like a dictator.

Relax laffo, while Mimi isn't Logo, she's far from the worst thing we could have. She at least is nice enough to communicate and has legit ideas.
For reference Beijing = China. If we had no region, except for Beijing, China would still be able to thrive.
I have no real opinion on most of the ideas, since I admitted I am not experienced enough in eRepublik to give a well informed response.
However, I do approve with the writing contest and more people is always a good thing.
Media competition is fine.
Wellness program is not needed, as there is that charitable organization, "The Syldavian Red Cross" going around helping those with low wellness. We don't need government programs stamping out our peoples charitable spirit, or robbing our unhealthy population of their desire to succeed.
Constitution is utterly pointless, as no document can secure the rights of the people by itself. Only those who need no constitution in order to exorcise good government will ever bother to obey a constitution in the first place.
Any hospital short of Q5 is a ripoff, as everyone will just move to Beijing anyway in order to fight. Better to get a Q5 defense system for Beijing instead.
Rest is neutral.
To the "Better to get a Q5 defense system for Beijing", I think such an expense should be down the road. Defense Systems aren't THAT great as it makes little significance on the grand scale.

@Flem inc but the fact is that China is China, and to prevent the worst case like Beijing fall, if we spread some business to other regions, we still can survive.

Q4 is okay for me, as we dont have enough money, and also DS Q5 only add about 60k wall, we better get a cheaper and smaller one 😃
Why not save up for a Q5 hospital instead?
