[Gov of eBelgium] eGerman Campaign

Dear citizens,
as you may had noticed, yesterday an NE-law was proposed against germany, this was asked to be voted down and now a new NE-proposal was made by the president.
It is my honour to outline a few details, so you can understand what is happening and why.
Recently, an agreement was made by eGermany and eBelgium, that took in effect this morning with the second NE-proposal. This agreement has as effect that in a few days, eBelgium will own a fourth region, Rhineland-Palatinate.
This agremeent is made with both governments and satisfy the needs for each country. No country was forced into this, there was no act of agression.
However such agreement is not formed in one day, and some steps has to be followed. During this steps, congress needed to be informed and gives its blessing. I am proud to say that this happened as soon as possible. A small misunderstanding resulted then that a bit before al steps were finished, an NE-proposal was started, resulting in a fast counter proposal of the German congress. To stay in a good relation, the eBelgian gov and eGerman gov have decided to vote these proposals down and totally finish the agreement first.
Yesterday the final details were regulated and a nice timeline was made.
To inform you:
*eBelgium will have eGermany as NE
*eGermany will NOT have eBelgium as NE
*This operation will be closed as soon as possible
*eBelgium is supposed to win every battle for Rhineland-Palatinate that will take place
*Battles for Rhineland-Palatinate will be started around daychange in erepublik (or around 9am Belgian time)
*eBelgium is supposed to loose every battle for Saarland.
It is very important that you follow the citizen orders, do NOT fight in battles for Saarland, make sure you can help us out in the battles for Rhineland-Palatinate!

I don't really get why this had to be kept a secret, but who am I to complain about an aluminuim region?
What a surprise! This offers good perspectives for Belgian fighters and workers.
I wonder what could be the motive for voting no to such a proposal?

Maybe you can explain a bit more as to why Germany wants to hand over this region to us ...
Maybe Germany wants to help? Or they understand it might be a while before they get their country back, that they can help out a close neighbour, who knows?
I suspect that this won't be as easy as you imagine it to be : ). Nevertheless, I hope things will turn out well.
It is a new challenge, that's for sure, but at least stuff is happening and we have some excitement (;
