Military reform

I'm glad to announce you all that Gustavius has volunteered to fill in the position of the Minister of Defence again. And while in the last few months there was very little focus on the military this time we are determined to first get people to sign up then build out a well working organization with efficient command structure, communication lines and distribution channels. So essentially we will create the functioning Malaysian Army now. For real.🙂 First we will try to organize things and once the basics are done the fun begins with tasks set up for our military units and with some funding provided to the soldiers.

Unfortunately everybody who applied before on the forum, in private mail or by filling out the former registration survey will have to register again. But this is the last time, hopefully. If you have registered before you'll be contacted in private mail though most probably. Only register please if you are ready to follow orders!

Once the registration phase is over, we will organize the applicants into units. These units might be formed based on rank and strength, mobility and activity or maybe even time zone and language. But first let's see who is in.🙂

You can apply by filling out:
THIS FORM

Meet you in the army!🙂

Daily orders script

This may seem like an irrelevant tiny little thing but it surely will make your life easier when you don't have the time to read through the articles in the media and look up the latest events or open wars. First eHungary started to use this with big success then it has spread all over the eWorld. And now eMalaysia has it, too.

Let me first show you what it does:

Essentially with it it's possible to add a few lines of text above "The latest events" and above the "Shouts" headers on the Home page. If you install this script then you'll have regularly updated links there to the military orders, the battle you can/should fight in from Malaysia or an important government article for example. In order to have this you'll have to do the following:
- Use Firefox
- Install the Greasemonkey addon
- Then finally install the daily order script: HERE

With this little script installed you can be up to date in a second and you surely won't miss any battles. It's highly recommended.

Credits go out foremost to eHero who provided us this script and then to Longfellow who made the first similar script for eHungary based on an idea by Prizma Jeno.

Please spread this article among your eMalaysian friends, workers, etc. as this really is a must read one both because of the military registration and because of the daily orders script. I'm looking forward to both increasing our efficiency and military strength a lot.

Best regards,
Nagyzee
