Queridos compatriotas, amigos y hasta ahora enemigos.
El día 5.917, 1 de febrero de 2024, Chile se salió de la alianza Code después de que el gobierno propuso al Congreso chileno la correspondiente ley de Salida de la alianza y los miembros del parlamento de nuestro país votaron con una gran mayoría para aceptar la ley.
De ahora en adelante Chile seguirá el CAMINO DE LA NEUTRALIDAD. Mientras los paises respetan nuestra postura neutral, no los tendremos como nuestro enemigo.
Todo país que quiera involucrarnos en una Guerra de Entrenamiento y nos ofrezca un lugar para ello, es bienvenido a hacerlo.
En cuanto a las regiones ocupadas por Chile en el exterior, respetamos los deseos de nuestras naciones anfitrionas si necesitan movernos a otras regiones y si tenemos que proponer una ley para proteger la región de ser tomada por un enemigo del pais anfitrion. Si necesitamos aceptar esa ley con el fin de proteger la región, ignoraremos cualquier batalla resultante y no lucharemos en esa campaña.
Sin embargo, también entendemos la necesidad de otros que no bloqueemos sus planes estratégicos y, por lo tanto, aceptaremos de nuestros antiguos aliados en Code que si así lo estiman nos liberen de las tareas de ocupación en sus países y busquen un reemplazo más adecuado.
El gobierno de Chile no es responsable de las acciones de ningún ciudadano chileno. De hecho, cada ciudadano chileno es libre de luchar por el país que quiera.

Dear fellow countrymen, friends and foes
On day 5.917, february 1st 2024, Chile left Code alliance after the government had proposed a corresponding leave alliance law to the Chilean congress and the members of our country parliament had voted with a big majority to accept the law.
From now on Chile will follow the PATH OF NEUTRALITY. As long as you respect our neutral stance we won`t have you as our enemy.
Every country which wants to engage us in a Training War and offers us a place for it, is welcome to do so.
Regarding the regions occupied by Chile abroad we respect the wishes of our host nations if they need to move us to other regions and if we have to propose a law to protect the region from being overtaken by an enemy of our host nation. If we need to accept that law for the purpose of protecting the region we will ignore any ensuing battle and won`t fight in that campaign.
However, we also understand the need of others not to block their strategic plans, and therefor ask our former allies in Code to relieve us from occupation duties in their countries and to look for a better suited replacement.
The government of Chile isn`t responsable for the actions of any Chilean citizens. In fact every Chilean citizen is free to fight for the country he likes to.

All countries are dead. In every country there are 4-5 active players . The only thing that changes is that in some of the ''winning'' countries these players spend money and have access to servers , full of bot accounts.
Don't cut USA short, we've got at least 6 active players

Mas q a la política de eGobieno, pasa a ser una política de eEstado, que cuando las cosas estan mal, toman la desición mas fácil en desmedro de los aliados, total la deciones son tomadas por los visas. En lo particular, pese no ser muy tanque en batallas pesadas siepre trato de estar por eChile y por los aliados.
Conceptos:
"toman la desición mas fácil en desmedro de los aliados", llevamos años bancándonos guerras los mismos de siempre (y q cada vez somos menos), así es q decir q es la decisión más fácil es súper ligero, es la decisión q había q tomar en razón de lo q sucede en eChile
"total la deciones son tomadas por los visas", concepto de hace 5 años yo creo, cuando realmente habían Visas en eChile, hoy muy pocos packean y en el gob creo q nadie (mira si mi cuenta tiene pack, te invito).
"siepre trato de estar por eChile y por los aliados", la verdad para eChile no existes, sólo vuelves a sacar tu level de leyenda por eChile y sería, en las batallas reales q hemos tenido son los mismo nombres q siempre soportan las campañas.
Insisto, es súper fácil comentar/criticar desde afuera sin saber lo q pasa en la interna de eChile.

no fue venezuela, fueron unos jugadores inútiles que llegaron al poder, pero su amor con asteria duro poco tiempo ya que a recuperar el poder regresamos a code nuevamente
