A Vote for Green is a Vote for Orange

"Attention on deck, captain on the deck" exclaim by my number one, as I walked towards the captain's seat. "Put it on main viewer!" The June congressional election is my first time being at the captains chair of the GLD. I was the party president for 5-6 months in Germany and I am looking forward to the election tomorrow. I am confident that we have great candidates with class and style.

I believe this month we have the Wesley Sneijder, Arjen Robben, Robin van Persie, and Eljero Elia's of NL society. We definitely have the experience, style, prestige, and knowledge. Among our candidates this month, we have Frerk, who was PHX SG, PHX Keykeeper, and experienced politician in NL etc. We also have Deviltje who is experienced on the pitch in congress for 14 months now. Our unbreakable rock, Steingrimur Illugi too is going up for reelection, ever active and involved in our congress. There are not many people that I know in NL that has that passion and activity to engage in debate and discussion than Steingrimur Illugi, Frerk, and Deviltje.

The Green Liberal Democrats are not just party of elites, but a uniting beacon and safe haven for new and old, of ideologies, and of experienced and new comers. This month we have a few candidates who are new to the political game. I am happy to announce that Abes182 will be running in North Netherlands and Yaren6 in East. They are new to our community but are already active in our society. Abes182 is already discussing in the congressional debate forum. He is overjoyed by the NL political system in which the normal folk can debate too (unlike eGermany). Yaren6 is our SS of MoFA. During his short stay here, he secure a SS Ministry position from all of the key CP candidates (except WP I think) and he is a rising star in NL politics.

I can go on about all of our candidates, but I doubt you want to read a 1000 word article. So I will end here about all of our candidate. Please do keep in mind that the candidates that I did not mention like Coolissport, Trinc, and others are no less qualified than those above. Vote with confidence that we really do have the Elia's and the van Persie's of NL political society this month.

I also want to say that I place quality over quantity. I make it clear to you all, that I am not pushing for max numbers of seats and to be the biggest party that GLD can be. No, I am pushing for quality members. There are a few candidates that are either of 2 clickers in nature or are not forum active. They have failed to make a post in the GLD forum or the NL forum in general. While I have nothing against 2 clickers, as I recently wrote an article about them, I do not feel they are ready for congress and they will not get official GLD support in this election.
