Day 1,193, 08:17 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by GGRyan

NEWS FLASH - Admins are almost certainly introducing a cap on wellness packs either today or tommorow according to the suggestions forum. Thanks keram10 for adding this information! 🙂

In this article, I am going to be introducing you, citizens of the eUK and citizens beyond, to our new alliance : PANAM! Then, we'll cover North West Europe Today!

PANAM is named after old Americas alliance the Pan American Alliance. Seeing as it was founded out of the relationship between the USA and Brazil (and then Argentina and Canada), PANAM was a suitable name. Of course, it has now expanded outwards to include;

- USA
- Canada
- Brazil
- Argentina
- Japan
- Russia
- Turkey
- France
- UK

It is currently led by a headquarters compromising of St Krems as Secretary General and his deputy, dinossauro. Then, there is Supreme Commander Tavo92 and his deputy, szyker.

The alliance name and logo is under review and will be forming its charter soon. The eUK joined PANAM with a 75% House of Commons majority in favour; a view not universally accepted by the public, but one that is generally welcomed.

PANAM has had victories including the North of Brazil and is aiding the freedom of Turkey since its real formation during January/February 2011.

Ireland are continuing their training war with Canada. The Irish Army are now giving out extra supplies for the battles, and opening them at the best possible times so that they can maximise their potential to obtain battle hero medals.

Also, coincidentally, the eIrish Congress elections are coinciding with the real Irish elections. This is a really interesting scenario for the real Irish citizens in the country!

France are continuing their toying with Belgium. As detailed in the previous article, they're keeping the war open to get the Natural Enemy bonus, and to sell RW medals and split the money between France and Belgium. Temujin94, Minister of Defence however has stated that he isn't so sure about Belgium receiving money.

UK Minister of Foreign Affairs keram10 has sent a message to the French Government expressing his gratitude to them for their support in the UK's bid to join PANAM and our eagerness to continue working with France in the future.

In Netherlands the media is still struggling; an anticipated pick up over Congress has not happened. They have published their state finance report detailing their economic state and it isn't positive, due mainly to the war against Poland.

Nothing is happening in Norway. That said, they have finally seen two articles appear due to the Congress elections! Good effort by Norway!

Finland have closed their involvement with Estonia. All forces have been withdrawn and peace sealed, meaning Latvia and Estonia are left alone to do what they want. In their media, I have noticed a very interesting article on future changes to the eRep economy - read here
