Join the new world

The Great British Democratic Party is still a relatively new party to the eUK. We were founded in the last quarter of 2012, and we have grown since then. GBDP is now an 18 member party, including keen politician, journalists and military strategists. This is a party with a mixture of both old and new players, and we are still growing. This is a party which is still creating itself in the world of politics... and you can join us!

At some point when playing eRepublik, you will decide that you want to become eFamous, and that people will remember your name when you stop playing the game. This is a challenge for most players as there are not a lot of ways to achieve this. However, the players that help in creating the large political parties are often remembered and are looked at as legends by those in the same party that they founded.

At the Great British Democratic Party we are still creating our party. We are in the midst of voting on a new logo and we have just made a party policy document. There is still a lot of work to do, we are looking at setting up a forum, we need to set up some rules for our party, we want to get some Congressmen and ministers. Everyone in our party has contributed at some point, and we know that every player that joins will be able to contribute even more.

If you want to become a legend, if you want to be remembered, you would join the Great British Democratic Party and help us create the party of tomorrow. Everyone who was playing will remember the infamous Bob Bloggs run for country president where he came 3rd, a great achievement for our small party, and this is what we mean by creating legends. Country Politics
Will Corbett and CheetahCurtis, two players who were Congressmen while in GBDP. CheetahCurtis had been playing for less then a year, while Will Corbett was less then 2 months old. We want more players like these getting involved in Congress and ministries, especially new players. We ran Brigadier General Sikora for Congress last month as well, another new player. New players are the future so they need to get in politics now.

Journalism
Lots of players of GBDP write articles. We have had recent articles from Jamie Carter, jny123, Bob Bloggs, CheetahCurtis and more. These players know how to write good articles and they will always be able to help, giving you tips on how to improve your articles. If you write a few good articles, you will be remembered as a good writer for a long time. It is quite simple, especially when you have help from other writers. At GBDP we want to create more excellent journalists.

Military
Although some players argue that military is not politics, our wars affect the politics in our country. We want everyone to know how to military module works and to make them better strategists and soldiers. jny123 owns a military unit called the Imperial Guard and he will let new players run for commander of a regiment so that they can learn more about military in eRepublik. We also have other keen fighters who can teach you about fighter. Surely that all! No, we have some very generous players in GBDP who will give you supplies if you ask them.
