Dear fellow citizens,

After much doubt, hesitation and deliberation, I have decided to run for president once more.
Even though I hold both my opponents in high regard, I feel that I am not yet finished with the responsibility which was bestowed on me during the past term. In these tumultuous times where there are more changes than ever before, I feel I can offer stability and continuity to our community.

I cannot tell you I am a great reformer. I am content with the ways of the current cabinet.
However, there are things outside the usual topics of economy, defense, foreign- and home affairs which I feel are in need of improvement.

Many say unity brings strength. Yet, in these days of our one-party policy and foreign expansionism our national activity is decreasing to a record depth. Our nation has become a gerontocracy, due to a growing lack of new players. Nearly every month there are the same persons in the cabinet or congress, and there are little to none political dissidents.

Ignoring these problems for a longer period will bring eventually bring death to our nation.
I intend to face these problems. An example is the death of our new RC director, which has been unnoticed by many, if not all.

In large countries presidency can demand over fifteen hours a day from a player. In our country, it can be managed with one or two. I intend to use these other hours to work on active recruiting, which is our only solution to the problem.

Whether you vote for me or not, you cannot continue in ignorance. Ask yourself what you can do to improve our citizen count. Then do it.
