[Game improvements] Dead Q1-Q4 companies => Build Bazooka parts

It's a very long time since I did not write an article, but I have the feeling you did not miss me ;O)

I am writing this article because of two things I've observed.
First of all I observed that the Q1-Q4 weapon production is useless. Lately I did not fight with or bought something else that a Q5 weapon. Maybe I am very advanced in rank and get enough supplies, or maybe my production allows me to buy the extra tanks I need. Still why I should buy 5 Q1 weapons with 33 HRK (as an currency example) when I can buy a Q5 weapon with 34 HRK, have the same number of fights and almost twice the damage.

Second I see that the random algorithm in getting the bazooka parts has some problems. I have 53-16-22-51-55 while statistically the should be very close to each other. I don't know how these parts are generated but I would take advantage of the two issues.

The proposal: Allow Q1-Q4 "dead" weapon factories to produce bazooka parts instead. Allow them to produce a number of parts proportional with the Q of the factory (it would be unfair to have similar production for Q1 as for Q4) and balance the production with the chance to get them in battle. Q4 bazooka parts will be less probable to be found in battle. Keep Q5 weapon factory to produce tanks and keep one bazooka part to be found only in battles (this keeps the need to fight as much as possible).

If this equation will work you can extend the industry to toolbox parts. ;O)

[MM part]
I did tried in the past to write articles on several topics. Still the number of subscribers I got was a little bit over 100 hundred. Later on I was involved in a MM project and get around 180 more. With the dead subscribers cleaning I am now around 250.

Therefore it is clear I will not be able to reach the MM medal without a support to my candidate subscribers. I am not aiming to get the MM medal from the first article.
