Supply changes and regimental shenanigans
To keep things interesting for us all I'm going to change the whole supply structure of the funk. There will now be an ongoing competition between the regiments in funky. Your supplies will now be based on how well your regiment performs and will be given out on a weekly basis.

So how's it gonna work?
Various bits of data will be added to a table (The Funky Regimental League) over the week. This league will determine how many Q7 weapons each regiment will get - awarded to the Captain/2nd commander weekly - based on several factors...

- Total damage/strength (from here)
- Strike attendance (attendance/regiment)
- Strike damage (total damage, total damage/regiment size and top damage per division (separate rewards))
- Recruitment for your regiment (new members)
(The league results will come out on Mondays after a bi-weekly strike, Wednesday + Sunday 7-8pm)

All the above is a work in progress and will be refined to become fairer over the coming weeks. For this week, supplies will run as normal, from next Monday the new system will come into effect, although on the start day I will hand out extra supplies to help cover your weekly fighting. I'm hoping this system will add a little bit of extra funk to life in the most funky of militias. As ever - if the majority, after a couple of week or so testing, prefer the old system we will revert back. The prizes per active members will at the lower limit be 6 Q7/day, to ~13 Q7/day for the winners - dependent on how things pan out. I'll make it as fair as possible 🙂

Of note
You are not stuck in your current regiment, you just need someone in an alternative regiment to invite you to the other one and. You can also try and recruit people to your regiment to help boost your numbers/damage etc. Also I will not be included myself in any of the calculations.
