[Free Liberty] Newsletter 2

Day 2,143, 22:49 Published in Norway Denmark by Joshua Morriseau

Continuing with my promise to keep the communication up between everyone this is the second official Free Liberty newsletter released during my term as Party President. We have had some new updates so lets take a look!

Join Free Liberty
We encourage everybody who is looking for a political home to join us here in Free Liberty. We are currently undergoing some changes in the hopes of brining more activity back to party politics here in Norway. Because of our recent recruitment program we have been blessed to have plenty of younger players join our party. Our members are all friendly and offer help and advice when needed and we will continue to defend the "little guy" here in Norway. If you think this sounds like the kind of atmosphere you want to grow in and help grow Norway in then please join all of the other Norwegians today who are choosing to make Free Liberty their home.

Long Term MPP Funding
In the last newsletter we talked about what members of Free Liberty thought the recent gold won from the tournament should be spent on. The vote was in favour of funding new MPP's. There would be some obvious benefits to signing new MPP's. The first would be the protection and security of our nation in a case of unexpected attack on our sovereignty. The signing of new MPP's would help keep our country safe. The next one is the moving costs. Many of you may have experienced this problem. Lately a lot of our daily orders have been set on the USA so we must move to a nation they already have to make our daily orders. We hope we can fix this. And lastly this could be a great opportunity to forge new relations that we may of other wise not of had before. We are working on the new long term funding strategy and it should be released in a matter of days and presented to Congress.

Country President Elections
Very soon we will head to the polls to elect our next Country President. I am proud to say that Free Liberty's very own Akashaton will be running for the position. He has the support of Teknokratene as well as TP The Party. Akashaton has proven that he is more than capable of leading Norway. There have been questions over his commitment to Asgard but these questions can be laid to rest. He has assured everyone in Norway's current government he will not seek Norway's exit from the alliance and will do his best to strengthen our ties with our brothers and sisters in Asgard. Any attempt to leave Norway would need the support of the people and the Congress so let us set any doubts about this aside. Good luck Akashaton!

New Logo
Continuing with Free Liberty's makeover we have decided that it is time for a new party logo. We have been discussing the new logo on the party feed so feel free to join the conversation and make your suggestions. You can also send me your suggestions and I will make sure to pass them on.

Newest Members
This time around we only have one new member to report. However it makes us happy to report that he left his former party to join us after seeing how we are trying to revive activity in Norway as well as politics. Its great to see that change is being inspired here in Norway. Everyone don't forget to welcome and add Nissestad as a friend.

Private Forums
If you didn't already know Free Liberty has private forums on the national Norwegian forums which I hope we increase the usage of. If you don't already have access please just contact me so I can get you access.

Party President Message
The last few weeks have seen a few small events happen. My intentions were questioned with the recent release of a controversial article. My loyalties lay with Norway and on working to improve the security and to bring more activity to our wonderful nation, thank you to everyone who seen the humour in the article. I promise to continue to fight for the rights of the media and to make sure our media is never censored by any one government official. As well I would like to thank everyone who voted Free Liberty in the recent Congress elections. I do not take being elected lightly. I understand what it must take to vote for someone as new as I am to Norway but its great to know that there are those of you that would. I promise to use my voice in Congress to represent not just the interests of Free Liberty members but all Norwegian citizens. Thank you for believing in me and voting for the members of Free Liberty who ran, I will not let you down!

As always don't forget to V,S&S!

Kind Regards,

Joshua Morriseau
