Join the new world

Dearest Feds,

It happened. For better, or worse, we are now joined together for the next month. The whole country is watching us now too, thinking “God, they elected Tenshibo, this is gonna be great or disastrous.” And I don’t blame them.

My whole career, I’m Kobe one night, Dwight Howard the next; from All-Star to All-Talk, but, it is my solemn promise to be the All-Star I am all month, to leave my mark on the Federalist Party in a positive manner. In my last article I spoke about myself in depth, so today, I’m going to instead speak about the people who will ensure I perform at the standards both required of me, and expected of me by both you and myself.

As you can see, I have really the best team capable. There’s a nice mixture of seasoned veterans in Paul Proteus and Carey, as well as newer faces in Illiguy, Shadowber and AlexJ. Combined, my team will ensure that all areas of the party are active and moving at full force.

In retention, for instance, MrCarey, a well experienced member of the field, will once more execute the plan he has done in the past to drum up activity on the forums. These include community gaming events, including the well received Fed Civ V game, as well as forum games located on the Federalist Party Forum. Keeping the forums active is an important part of the community; it helps create a welcoming environment, and encourages people to get involved.

Constant activity on our forums is one key thing that separates the Federalist Party from other top five parties. These other parties are dead except during election season - they’re just zombie shells in place for people to run for offices and boost their egos. The Federalist Party, however, is an active at all times, aiming to not just win elections - something we are well versed in and currently are dominating - but to also provide a sense of community that encourages people to keep playing, and gives them a reason to do more than just two click. The Federalist Party, and our forums, help keep this game, and this country, moving. I look forward to seeing what Mr.Carey does this term to build on this.



In media, the Federalist Party is in for a real treat. The greatest writer in this game - not just today but possibly all time - and long term Fed, as well as close personal friend of myself, Aramec has come home to lead our media. I planned this out in my last article, and I’m not going to go deeper here, instead I’ll allow you to see for yourself when he launches his first article early tomorrow.



Now, that was a very brief introduction to my cabinet, surely. However, you will see more of them both here in-game, as well as on our forums. And, through their work, you’ll see how great they are in far better detail than I could ever write.

Which, then brings me to business.

You’ll likely have noticed I have Recruitment Director listed as “Open for Applications.” This is for a simple - I haven’t filled it yet. I am now in the process of aggressively hunting for someone to take on this important job. It is key not only to my term, but it is vital to the historical and future success of the Federalist Party. NewFeds have always been the lifeblood of our fine party, and it is the job of the Recruitment Director to go out and bring in these NewFeds. This job requires no previous experience. All that is required is a hardworking, dedicated, Proud/Horny person to take on this task. And, you won’t be alone in it. Last term, Illiguy - my curent Vice President - had much success in this department, and will be there to assist you.
