[FEDS] Killah in Congress? Why Not: Third Time's A Charm

Now, I have not written an article in a long time so bare with me, and this one is going to be a bit long so if you don't care scroll to the bottom.

Hello everyone! My name is Thomas Killah, and it's that time again. I am running for Congress in the Federalist Party. This summer I have much more time to devote into eRepublik, and I would like to use it well by representing my party and most citizen of the country.
I have only been in Congress once before, in LAP, in October 2013. During my term I was active and participated even when I didn't know what was going on or what to do. After that, I have ran for Congress in other parties such as AMP and in LAP when I went back. However, both times I came up short by 1 spot on the list, once under someone we know as Lauren Eilola or Ajay, RGR, whatever. After my losses, I fell into a short period of inactivity. Since then, I have increasingly become more and more active.
At the beginning of the month I found myself saying I wasn't going to run again, but like always, as the election drew closer I found myself saying, "Why not?" And in those words I found inspiration for my campaign this month. I have decided to revive my failed Killah in Congress? Why Not saga, with a third installment: Third Time's A Charm.
Now after reading all this, you must be wondering: What experience do I have?, Can we trust you?, and Where are the pictures?. Don't worry, I will get to all that - right now. As for experience, I have played for about 1 year and 4 months, jumping from party to party, looking to find the perfect one for me, and now I think I have. The Feds have been a great community to me, and will hopefully be my home for many years. Anyways, along the way, I've gotten various party-positions, from PP to Spokesman to Director of Recruitment, and some low-level government positions such as Director of Ambassadors. However, I am most impressed with my current position as Deputy of DHS.
I can promise you that I will never and have never accepted CS requests without approval or thought about doing so. If elected, I will NOT take part in braking the rules of Congress, the IES, nor will I take part in scams, lol proposals, or leave the party during my term.
Anyways I have talked to you for long enough, time for the moment you've all been waiting for.
