Join the new world

My cabinet is all about taking people who have demonstrated their abilities in their respective ministries while incorporating new blood and people who have not been in recent cabinets - I want those people on the inside, as they may have valuable insight.

For a good term it is essential to surround yourself with good people - So that’s what I have done.

vCP - Fataliix

Fataliix pretty much gave me the idea to run in the first place, and in any circumstance where I am not available I believe that Fataliix is competent and can run government.

MoF - Huey George
dMoF - gali2332

I couldn’t make a credible run if I didn’t have Huey George as MoF, though I also have a deputy MoF. The reason for this is that we need other people who know what the role is about and how to do stuff, gali has indicated that he wants to move in a different direction and I think getting involved in MoF is a great way of doing that. Huey is of course good at the role, but the reality is that Huey may not want to be in the role indefinitely, if he does - that’s fine. But if the time comes and we don’t have people who can come in and continue what Huey has been doing then we may go through a few months of a sub standard MoF’s until it normalises again.

MoFA(s) - Appleby, AMD
Deputy - yurigavin
Advisor - Schmidt FZR

Appleby and AMD are both people who I think are good at Foreign Affairs, they are also people our allies are familiar with. Its really important that our allies know people in our government and it’ll help the communication between governments.

yurigavin is someone who wants to make an entrance into Foreign Affairs, he is ambitious and is someone who can work well with the ministers.

Schmidt FZR is sort of my surprise appointment in that he’s not really been in any recent governments, but he’s got a bunch of experience in Foreign Affairs, and from when I’ve communicated with Schmidt I’ve just noticed how he’s asking questions about where we are and putting forward his own ideas in regards to foreign relations. That’s why he’s the advisor.

MoD(s) - Sambo223, N W G
Deputies - Rory Winterbourne II, Kapten Johnson

As I’ve said, familiarity for our allies is what I want to have, Sambo fulfills that. Sambo is experienced and is in the know. N W G is experienced and always is there in congress making sure to present an alternate viewpoint and to add things which other people haven’t considered, in the sometimes vast expanse of inactivity which can be congress N W G has been one of the few who contributes.

Rory Winterbourne is not in congress, but he’s in the cabinet for the same sort of reason. He agitates for change and even if the change he proposes does not come to fruition in all cases, he certainly creates discussion.

National MU Co-ordinator - Addaway

I’m going to support a National MU, despite the alleged opposition by some MU’s. It is considered controversial by some but all in all it is a small part of what will make up the term. With that said, Addaway will be in charge of bringing the national MU closer to reality. Whether that is through fleshing out the systems which will be in place to discussion with MU’s to address their concerns.

MoEd - CheetahCurtis

CheetahCurtis is my MoEd - someone who can write great articles and one of the few people to be actively involved in a committee. CheetahCurtis is really the only one who comes to mind when I think of bringing guides and compiled resources for players to eUK citizens. There have been talks of maybe doing it and people have moralised on how we really need this stuff.

Well, with this appointment, we can get it done this month.

MoHA - Frixios of the Clyde

Not really a priority for me, but Frix can release articles and I'm sure can pull out and pull off some great ideas.

I've really enjoyed piecing together this cabinet, all of the people I've talked about here are people I know are good and who want to be here and be involved. I hope I've explained my rationale clearly enough for why I brought these people in.
