Day 2,288, 09:38 Published in USA USA by Bucephalus92

Greetings fellow Americans and EZC soldiers.

On today's agenda we have
-EZC cool down week
-The return of booster rushes
-EZC winter olympics
-EZC will be reshuffling divisions soon due to the changes in divisions made by the admin. Keep your eyes and ears open.

EZC Cooldown week
As reported in the last edition of EZC Media, the Brothers in Arms Tournament was a resounding success for Easy Company. However this success was not achieved without great effort, and so it was decided that EZC would have a cool down week.

During this time the question of what to do with the spoils of the tournament was discussed. At the center of the discussion was the idea that the only currency of any worth left in this game, is activity, and so our efforts and our funds must be devoted to maintaining and increasing activity, by providing fun events and competitions for EZC members. Which leads to the next two items on our agenda.

Return of Booster Rushes
You heard me right, the return of booster rushes. As mentioned in the previous section, our greatest concern is to maintain and increase activity by holding fun contests and events for our members. Over the course of the Brothers in Arms tournament Easy Company had booster rushes where its members would gather at a predetermined time and hit together in order to maximize the effects of boosters. This lead us to discover not only a great way to produce damage during the tournament, but also a great way to just have fun. Getting a bunch of people together on the EZC chat and throwing down a bunch of damage was just awesome, and it truly exemplified what is great about EZC. Someone ran out of tanks while fighting? They got some more. Ran out of food? They got some more. We didn't have the gold to buy a booster in a certain division? People donated their own gold to people they had never even spoken to before, just so we could all have fun.

Some people said it reminded them of what it was like to launch mass attacks while in crowded irc rooms in V1, this reporter wasn't in those irc rooms, so he can't personally attest to that, but hes damn proud that people are willing to make that comparison. For these reasons we decided to continue to keep launching "booster rushes" (though the boosters themselves are gone) even after the tournament had ended. It is safe to say that the first of these was a resounding success with many members participating and EZC flipping the wall in all divisions in the battle they fought in. Keep your ears open for news of the next one.

Easy Company Winter Olympics
For our last item to discuss this issue we have the EZC winter Olympics. Run by Easy Company badass Hampton H. Hampton these winter Olympics are another of numerous examples of ways EZC is doing its best to keep this game interesting for its soldiers.

There have been nine events in total and Hampton has stretched his creativity to the max to make sure that these events go beyond simply clicking the fight button. My personal favorites include the ribbon creation competition, mascot choice competition, and trivia night. To see the rest of the events and current regiment standings just visit the ezc forum.
