[ex-eJCP] From the Desk of a Villain
Kaige X
I used "ex-eJCP" in the article title, since I'm now the former president. I'm clever.
I want to congratulate Fruitcommando on becoming the newest president of eJapan. I know many people don't like him, but he's worked hard for this country. Its only fair that this nation rewards diligent members of its society with the highest honors. We also do our best to put the effort into making sure responsible people take office. Fruit has contributed a lot to keeping eJapan alive, and deserves praise for it. You might not like him, but he's done good for you.
As to why people wanted Lyuline? You make no sense if you're serious. Lyuline has failed at every position she's been appointed, and afk'd through most of them. Explain this to me as well: how is it that someone who failed to get into Congress this month with a total of 3 votes, suddenly develops 92 when they run for president? You figure that one out. Maybe she should have turned her friend-invite exploit script back on. Oh wait, that's a bannable offense in this game.
Recently, an article was made by Isotrk ranting about some bank theft nonsense. I'll explain what the real story is, and you can put your minds at ease.
For some time, the higher government of this country has essentially been revolving around the same people. The truth of the matter is, most eJapan citizens are lazy and just want to get through their daily nonsense without any concerns. So the same responsible people pretty much have been "running things" for a long time. It wasn't a job they stole or forced on the country, it was one they accepted because most people don't give a damn about keeping this nation alive.
Why do I tell you this? Because secrets are kept at this level, one of them being some of the transactions with the bank.
You see, we all remember that a while back the admins changed it where donations are limited. Because of that, most of the handling of money between two people became difficult. On top of that, the admins began to take up the cause of banning people even by false accusations from people who bought gold. You buy gold, you can call people exploiters and possibly get them screwed. So the key is to donate money through the National Treasury, because admins won't mess with it. Your money goes through the soap, and comes out clean into the National Bank of Japan, where it gets handed off to who is supposed to receive it.
A lot of times, eJapan benefitted from some sort of cut of that money, so it was possible for us to get some sort of income despite how terrible our tax growth. Our taxes aren't enough. We don't have a lot of business and tons of foreigners have our currency. We don't make a lot of money, and we haven't for a long time.
Usually, this handling of the money was never large. It was only small amounts between a few people so it was never a big deal.
However...
Last month, a friend of ours got into trouble.
South Korea was not only conquered, but occupied through the congressional elections. The problem is that their own money can't be donated to their national bank org. They have no congress. Presidents cannot make donation proposals.
So how does Korea survive? They work through our market and currency. A lot of experienced SKers were originally from eJapan, and some have still remained here. Working together, they are trying to keep their country going and supply the new players they've been getting lately. How do you expect to do that without money?
A lot of that money...wasn't ours. I said it earlier, we don't get a lot from taxes. The economy is broke as hell because of the admins. Where do you think a couple hundred gold and thousands of JPY come from in just one day? Did you all think magical elves dumped their hard-earned cash from making shoes late at night? Did the money tree shed its currency leaves?
No. It was put there by other people. Unfortunately it was a lot being put there in a short time because of the sudden conquering of South Korea.
It wouldn't have been a big deal if not for Isotrk and his iNCi pals making a big fiasco of nothing.
That's part of the problem, though. Last month I swear I got spammed by multiple members of iNCi-Japan who wanted me to pick fights with other countries just to give them wars, give them supplies to fight, tell me to fight for Cyprus no matter what, or just being obnoxious.
However, these aren't your typical iNCi members, they're just wearing the tag and acting like little kids. They have no respect for anyone, yet get offended when no one gives them any respect. These aren't owls my friends, these are pigeons. Owls are wise and patient. Pigeons are a nuisance and sh*t up the place.
These aren't real iNCi, they're fakes - they threaten us with PTOs while saying they're not a PTO, they want to be a peaceful nation yet start wars with neighbors for training, they say they want to join us yet tell us to join or Eden/Terra or else, they want respect but then come into our IRC and behave like racists and bigots.
No one wants people like that around. Go home, if you even have one. Maybe they don't want you either. We didn't ask you to come here, only a couple people did and they aren't part of this community. You came here because a couple of outcasts lied to you about us and now blame us because we're not the country you want us to be.
Yeah well...f*ck off. No one cares what you think.
To the rest of Japan, it was a pleasure. You guys did a great job of helping me keep this country on the map. Its a tough job, but I knew I could depend on you. I'm thankful for the cabinet I had and the friends around me who made this job a lot easier the last 2 months than I expected.
Maybe we'll do it again some time...or not. Probably not. hehe
Take care.

Welcome to international geopolitics and finance INCI. You've got a long ways to go baby.
Apparently some people also want records of all the money being donated into the Japanese treasury, sent to the bank, and then returned to be people who donated in the first place. I have to say, that's a pretty tall order.
But meh, eJapan has always been in capable hands for the past 1.5 years (as long as I was around, anyway), and that'll continue as long as the old astute hands are around.
Like a Fcking BOSS!
I have IRL turkish friends... I know turks can be a lot better than what this iNCi thugs are. They are passionate, brave and friendly. This iNCi is a shame to everything I value, driven by low emotions like hunger for power, egoism, pride that makes no sense. I pity them now. And I tell them again: you have nothing here or anywhere iNCi, just your anger.
Be happy staying alone with it forever. I didn't care to answer their accusations, ignoring them is what they deserve. Kaige you were being too nice to them again.
Thank you sir. That was an enlightening joy to read. Even if you're not CP, I hope you write more great articles like this one in the future.
May the fortune smile on you, mr ex-eJCP
Oh, Kaige.
This retroactive trolling is unnecessary, is it?
Besides the point that I indeed tried to work for this country (being MoS, being very active in congress, e.g. when promoting the tax reform of this year's spring, being PP, ...), but for a reason I still don't know I mainly received trolling from parts of "the government", and yes, over the months, such a thing does not help to motivate me. I thought that you were not part of this, but ok. Apparently I was wrong.
Also: The donating explanation sounds valid at first sight(even though I never experienced that "banning because a gold buyer accused you" thing).
But why telling this now and not at the beginning of this debate? You can't blame people to get suspicious if for many days your only answer is "well, we know what we are doing, shut up" and unrelated trolling.
Getting things clear from the start would have avoided many bad feelings.. and do we want these feelings?
Oh, and btw. With "trolling" I didn't mean Fruitcommando's botnet jokes. They were kind of funny, actually. And he does them to many people anyway.
What I meant were things like danyeo's forum avatar.
Kaige prob didn't post at the beginning of the debate because he works during the day and doesn't check erep 24/7 now that hes not President.
Also, he explained in his article the need for this to be secret. I mean, he just put the national treasury up as a sacrificial lamb to the admins because you insisted on it.
I understand that nobody posted an article about that until now.
But somebody who knew could have told Isotrk privately (after all, he was member of the government) when he asked about it on IRC. No admin would have ever noticed.
Instead, he was trolled and willfully insulted..
damn, it's an awesome article

So your argument relates to the fact that someone got trolled and wasn't told state secrets when he isnt 100% trusted (evidenced by the fact that Isotrk does not have authority over distro).
Welcome to eJapan.
Yeah, nobody trusts anybody 100% in eJapan. Besides, if his intentions are malicious, giving out names to him would put those players at risk of being harassed by him/her/it and his/her/its multis (should it have any).
The only way you can know for certain about what's going on is if you work hard and get into the political scene. Making friends > making enemies. If you're not in Congress or some Ministerial position, you don't have any authority anyways, so if it matters so much, climb the political ladder yourself! That's always been a motto of eJapan: 'Do it yourself'.
eJapan is saved.
Isotrk has been outright threatening PTO in his last article and has been doing a good job of antagonizing as many people as he could since he moved in eJapan with the intent to save us from ourselves.
Yeah, big wonder why he isn't handed a binder filled with state secrets...
tough situation here in japan, hang in there
Now there is an article about the secret. Overkill?
And no, I don't want every state secret to be public. Just a nicer tone in general would be really cool. Is that really so hard?
You guys be nice to Lyuline or shut the fuck up.
KTHNKSBYE!
Dokomo is right about my working during the day. I actually check erep a couple times, but I can only click with my smartphone or write terrible replies to private messages (ask Darshu). I type fast at the keyboard but slow on my touch screen phone.
Yesterday was a long day with overtime and was followed by a mandatory meeting I had to attend at my union hall. So I left the house about 5am and got home about 7pm. It wasn't until an hour later I actually got to sit down and type anything.
To answer some questions:
I told Isotrk 5 days ago actually. I told him part of our large income didn't belong to us. He wanted some kind of retarded list. I couldn't give him one because...beep beep...newsflash, I've never had access to the bank. Not once during my presidency have I had access to it. I didn't want access to it.
OMGZ AY YAMZ TROLLINZ LYULINE
No. I'm just being motherf#cking truthful. How many of you have asked me a serious question and gotten less than a straight answer? Welcome to my world.
I don't need to troll you, I can just speak the truth. Its a well-known joke to nominate you for important positions like MoS and Speaker just to point out how poorly Congress is slacking. What do you think one of the reasons was to change Immigration in the first place? To get around people like you who can't do the tiniest tasks they are given.
In the end, you deserve whatever wrath you get, because you backstabbed the people of this country by allowing in foreigners with their own agenda, and bragged about it. You can't sit here and cry victim when you are considered by many to now be a known criminal.
So more ad hominem?..
(which isn't even true, because *beep beep* just because danyeo or whoever claims that I haven't done my work does not mean that I really have not..)
If it makes you happy, I never thought that you stole anything and I know that leading a country needs a lot of time.
It is still no excuse to disrespect others. [singular you*]
On a side note: Nobody asked me serious questions as well. Most PMs I wrote to "government" members were outright ignored. Do you think I like fighting with you? Hell no. [plural you*]
*I guess the "you" sometimes lead to misunderstandings as well..

"just because danyeo or whoever claims that I haven't done my work does not mean that I really have not..)"
How about an entire thread dedicated to it?
http://nipponblog.net/showthread.php?t=3591
Also, a link to the thread where Fruit calls you out for illegally giving citizenship to the iNCi members: http://nipponblog.net/showthread.php?t=3617
Your response, and I quote: "I knew that you would be happy 😁"
I know you live in a little bubble surrounded by your enormous friends list thinking you accomplish a hell of a job, but the rest of the country disagrees.
Well, if I am given a task when I said in advance that I won't have time for it.. yes, then I indeed might not do it properly. Big surprise.
I was more referring to the months before.
But anyway, I don't think that you should all praise me for things I didn't do. That would be stupid indeed. If you wouldn't act like everything I have ever done only intended to hurt eJapan, that would be totally okay for a start.
i love you kaige. just an fyi.
i really dont know whats happening between ejapan and our guys but i can assure you, we have no intend to pto any country. especially the countries which r opening their arms to our members friendly, we are not that kind of people.
but i know one thing well, whenever an oldschool ex-goverment guy overreacting to something and raising "this guy is a PTO guy" flag, always there is a hidden pipeline between him and treasury.
just an experience nothing more.
