INCI

This month Congress has been rather busy due to the fact that INCI took 14 seats this last Congressional election. They took office in the middle of an IES (Immigration Enforcement Subcommittee) freeze where Evan Feinman took over as Director and had to crack down on flagrant violators. Many INCI Congressmen were mass-approving anyone they pleased, which was put to an abrupt halt. Congress also passed a bill to block INCI from abusing government funding and any other charity programs, which was a problem with their large number of members.

Budget

March saw a large increase in OMS (Office of Militia Support) funds mostly due to the arrival of the Ultramarines who are led by Pfeiffer, Avruch, and Maruishima. Congress also adjusted the budget to reflect a boost in funding for Arm America, a Department of Defense program designed to feed new players so they can fight daily. Congressional Citizen Award

On a lighter note, Congress enacted the Congressional Citizen Award which was created under the last Congressional delegation. This award is aimed at citizens who demonstrate greatness in several different categories and is on-track to pay out gold, cash, and tanks. Most of the heavy lifting was done by Animis and John Largo with assistance from Athanaric, Syrup, and Malcolm Reynolds, so our thanks are with them. Awards are scheduled to be distributed on March 26th.
