Barring a major intervention by the admins, Adastros is duly elected CP. We are down 96 votes from last month despite the population increasing after the Congress Elections.
Back after 06:00 (14:00GMT) with further graphics.
OK, I'm calling foul in this election. The only votes removed were those for BaronChris, however he has NOT been banned. So I call shenanigans from Adastros' team. You had already won, so why taint the election by reporting ALL BC's votes as multis? I, for one, only play one account, so I count this as an attack on my democratic right in this game.

I ask those guilty to explain themselves and for Adastros to do the decent thing and resign as CP, your win is tainted by corruption before it started!

"We are down 96 votes from last month". Not surprised - the eUK has fallen dormant in the last month, and this was a very dull and uninspiring CP election.
Adastros' manifesto promised more of the same, so I doubt things will improve this month.
Maybe we're having different experiences here. I saw plenty of controversial articles being thrown this way and that. I wouldn't call the Election dull, but the Term is still up for debate.

A convincing victory for Adastros. it seems. More votes than his 3 opponents put together. I am curious to see what he makes of his term.
At the risk of stating the obvious, I believe all of BaronChris' results were negated because he quit politics and then applied for citizenship elsewhere.
From what I can tell I don't think admins remove multi votes anymore seeing as the last few elections have been 'clean,' don't quote me on that, though.

When you quit your party before the election closes you are removed from the ballot. Perhaps you should be questioning why your candidate couldn't even wait until the end of the clearing period to ragequit, instead of assuming people would bother to waste their time removing votes from someone that was never going to win.

not sure how baronchris leaving his party before the results are declared (and therefore being removed from the final results) in any way taints my win, but whatevs Neil
