December '13 eUK Congress Election

After the admins magic wand was waved and 8 votes disappeared in a puff of smoke, it transpired that no party was unscathed this month. So, before Dappy starts attacking TUP; it was New Era that lost the most with 3 infringements. TUP follow with 2, and the other 3 parties/coalitions each lost 1 vote for whatever reason.
A slightly resurgent, nay, revitalised, UKPP replaced ESO in this month's congress as PCP managed to pip them to the 5th spot. Once again, I advocate that the top 10 parties be allowed to run for congress as this would stop such 11th hour shenanigans.
TUP remain unchanged on 14 seats despite losing 16 votes overall. New Era gained 1 seat despite shedding 1 vote. UKPP gain 6 seats [those left unattended by ESO] by picking up 65 votes. UKRP lost 1 seat [to New Era?] after shedding 20 votes and PCP/WRP remain unchanged on 7 [6 & 1] despite losing 8 votes overall.
There were 20 more votes cast this month & apparent party turnout was extremely good; especially for the UKPP!
