We congratulate on Terry Benedictt for his election and for leading the country with poise and tranquility.





This Ministry is developing with the usual tasks: communicating to allies when it comes that we need damage in a battle, and with our TW partner, France, to agree the best moment to attack our regions. With France we maintain a fluid communication through Telegram, at any time.

The Minister has maintained the information about time and place to start RW in different territories, in swiss feed mainly.

The AL&C (Army Logistician & Coordination) works for Grouped Divisions, D1 & D2, D3 & D4 informing ingame about military movements, divisions to reinforce in different rounds, campaigns to start (RW), and so on.

At present the President, cabinet and advisors are studying the possibility to contact a 2nd Training War partner. The current possibilities are:

***By common borders
***By AS
***Other categories that might include the previous ones: with Nebula members, allies, non allies/non friendly alliances.

Either way it would be interesting to see if the bonuses gained helps us for investments in economy, and in any case if we have to return taxes to the partner country.

We were contacted by a couple of countries mostly interested in developing the TW in our cores, which is not possible for now while we are training with France.





We consider necessary to remember what a Training War is, specially today that is a common war and seems to be the only one possible.

A Training War is an agreed upon war between two or more countries. All the aspects (taxes, terms and plan of attack) are discussed ahead of time and precautions are made to prevent the loss of Mutual Protection Pacts (MPP's) and population of the involved countries must be informed to fight accordingly.

They can be started from an NE and / or a RW, taking into account how it starts will have the certain characteristics of a conquest or a RW. The important thing is that they are arranged in advance.

This type of wars generally activates the market of food and weapons for ground. Because they are basically intended to train and win True Patriot and Battle Hero medals, people don’t need to waste boosters, rockets or energy bars.

JUST IN CASE, LET’S REMIND OF IMPORTANT THINGS

A war can be started in three ways:

***by declaring it to another bordering country (The famous DoW= declaration of war where you must pay 200 golds)

Declare war is a law that can be proposed by the Country President and is voted by the Congress.

The law passes if, after 24 hours, it has a simple majority of "Yes" votes. After passing the law, a new war will be opened with the country war was declared to. The declarer has 24 hours to attack, else, at the end of the 24 hours time, a battle will be automatically started in one of the attackable regions.

War can be declared only if a country shares a common border with the country they would like to declare war to. The border MUST be shared when the law is proposed and when the law closes.

Countries having an active mutual protection pact can't declare war on each other.

***by airstriking another not bordering country

An Airstrike War can be started by proposing an Airstrike Act by the Country President, once the requirements of the law are met and validated by the majority of Congress. Those requirements are 1) Number of Health Units (or Vitality Units, provided by Food) and 2) Amount of Currency.

Only countries that do NOT have borders with each other can be selected as Air Attack targets.

Air Strike laws can be proposed only once every 14 days, but only those that are accepted are taken into consideration.

Please note: countries having an active mutual protection pact (MPP) cannot declare war to or airstrike each other, but they can set each other as the natural enemy.

***by setting another bordering country as a natural enemy

Natural Enemy is a law that can be used to define the most hated enemy of your country. It costs nothing.

Every country can have only one natural enemy chosen at a given time. Both congress and president can propose it.



We hope all these concepts will help us to think of investments for a 2nd TW partner and where to focus our efforts.
