Oggi il nostro ambasciatori in Croazia, corol, ha intervistato il MoFA croato Melvinovich. Ecco l’intervista completa!


English Version

1 ) Hello, the first general question is: tell us about yourself in RL; how many years you have, what are your hobbies, your philosophy of life and what is your job.

➤ I’m 17 year old and i came from a small town on north of Croatia. I still go in high school so during week I learn and at the weekend I hang out with my friends, we drink etc. I also love nature and I use every moment of my free time to go out and enjoy and of course I like everything that young people like 😉

2 ) Have you been MoFA a bit 'of times and recently also CP, what is your secret; What should a new member to follow your formidable political career?
➤ Being in high politics in Croatia is a tough job because everyone has a big expectations and public reacts very violently on every mistake you make. One of rare things on which I am proud on is my party Anonymous which I helped to create. I have a circle of friends in who I trust in it and they are the only one in this game on who I can always rely on. There are many quarrels in Croatian community especially between different parties but the key thing is that no matter who is in government we all always agree and work in interest of Croatia.

3 )We enter the heart of the interview: Croatia has a good number of regions and bonuses, as well as defend your lands from invaders which are roughly your monthly goals?
➤ In my CP term we managed all weapon bonuses in core regions. That decision was controversial because before that we had full food bonuses and many players relied on food industry. After we changed our economic direction Croatian players which were scattered all around world with weapon companies started to return in Croatia and at the end, decision we made, showed up to be right. That strengthed our country a lot in income from taxes and a mount of damage we can do.
Now we face another big challenge and that is Poland's attack in India who after changed side started to serve Asteria in hope Asteria will accept them. We will do everything we can to defend ourselves. This is at the moment our only goal for this month and all our next moves will depend on outcome of this war.

4 ) Bad question: If you had to choose between allying yourself with Romania or Hungary, which country will you choose and why?
➤The one that is ready to support us even if it means hitting against Serbia.

5 ) What is your opinion regarding the creation of a new EDEN? Do you think it possible? Also, what do you think we should change the old glorious alliance to adapt to the current situation?
➤ EDEN was based on Cromania. Romania is now in a completely different alliance and until that is so we can't talk about any cooperation with them. On the other hand because of recent dictatorship in Greece we managed to finally sign MPP with them and showed them our support when they needed it the most – in war with fyrom. We deeply believe we'll regain support of whole Greek community.

6 ) One last question, what do you think of Italy as your ally? You have a certain opinion about our community in RL and in the game? What do you think we could improve?
➤ Since I started to play this we were allies. You are not a strong country and you are were always oppressed by Serbia and Slovenia. But you are true friends and definitely one of the most loyal allies. One of the reasons that is so are our common enemies. Recently you had tough time because of dictatorship but I am glad you managed to solve that issue. I've been in Italy only once in Verona and Gardaland. But that was before 10 years when I was still in kindergarted. One of few things I remember is that I held Juliet for her breast for luck, and that in hotel before dinner we got a BIG plate full of pasta and I ate so much of it I couldn't eat main dish 😃

1 ) Ciao, la prima domanda generale è: raccontaci di te in RL; quanti anni hai, quali sono i tuoi hobby, la tua filosofia di vita ed iil tuo lavoro.
➤ Ho 17 anni e vengo da una piccola cittadina a nord della Croazia. Vado ancora al liceo così durante la settimana studio e nel fine settimana esco con i miei amici, beviamo, ecc…
Mi piace anche la natura e sfrutto ogni istante del mio tempo libero per uscire e goderne e, naturalmente, apprezzo tutto che piace ai giovani in generale. 😉

2 ) Sei stato MoFA un po’ di volte e di recente anche CP, qual è il tuo segreto? Cosa deve fare un nuovo membro per seguire la tua carriera politica formidabile?
➤ Essere ad alti livelli in politica in Croazia è un lavoro duro, perché ognuno ha grandi aspettative e la community reagisce molto violentemente ad ogni tuo errore. Una delle cose rare di cui sono fiero è il mio partito Anonymous che ho contribuito a creare, in cui ho una cerchia di amici fidati in lui e sono gli unici in questo gioco su cui possa sempre contare. Ci sono molti litigi nella comunià croata in particolare tra soggetti diversi, ma la cosa fondamentale è che non importa chi è al governo siamo tutti sempre d'accordo e il lavoro viene svolto nell'interesse della Croazia.

3 ) Bene, entriamo nel cuore dell’intervista: la Croazia ha un buon numero di regioni e bonus, oltre a difendere le vostre terre dagli invasori, quali sono più o meno i vostri obiettivi mensili?
➤ Nel mio periodo da CP siamo riusciti ad ottenere tutti i bonus di armi nelle regioni centrali, tale decisione è stata controversa perché prima che avevamo bonus alimentari pieni e molti giocatori avevano optato per l’iindustria alimentare. Poi abbiamo cambiato la nostra direzione economica ed i giocatori croati che erano sparsi per il mondo con le aziende di armi hanno cominciato a ritornare in Croazia e, alla fine la decisione che abbiamo preso di passare ai bonus armi si rivelò corretta. la forza del nostro paese deriva principalmente dalle imposte e dall’elevato danno che possiamo fare.
Ora ci troviamo di fronte un altra grande sfida che è l'attacco della Polonia in India, che dopo aver cambiato lato ha iniziato a servire Asteria nella speranza di essere accettata; faremo tutto il possibile per difenderci. Questo è per il momento il nostro obiettivo mensile e tutte le nostre prossime mosse dipenderanno dall’esito di questa guerra.

4 ) Domanda ostica: se dovessi scegliere tra l’allearvi con la Romania o l'Ungheria, quale paese sceglieresti e perché?
➤Quello che è pronto a sostenerci, purché questo significasse andare contro la Serbia.

5 ) Qual è la sua opinione in merito alla creazione di una nuova EDEN? Pensi che sia possibile? Inoltre, cosa pensi dovremmo cambiare della vecchia alleanza gloriosa per adattarla alla situazione attuale?
➤ EDEN era basata su Cromania; la Romania è ora in una alleanza del tutto diversa, e fino che è così, non si potrà parlare di qualsiasi collaborazione con loro. D'altra parte a causa della recente dittatura in Grecia siamo riusciti a firmare finalmente MPP con loro e ci hanno mostrato sostegno quando ne avevano più bisogno. Crediamo fermamente che riconquisteremo il sostegno di tutta la comunità greca.

6 ) Un'ultima domanda, cosa ne pensi di Italia come vostro alleato? Hai una certa opinione sulla nostra comunità in RL e nel gioco? Cosa pensi che potremmo migliorare?
➤ Da quando ho iniziato a giocare siamo stati alleati, non siete un paese forte e siete sempre stati oppressi da Serbia e Slovenia. Ma voi siete veri amici e sicuramente siate uno degli alleati più fedeli; no dei motivi per cui è così sono i nostri nemici comuni. Recentemente avete avuto un periodo difficile a causa della dittatura, ma io sono contento che siate riusciti a risolverlo.
Sono stato in Italia una sola volta a Verona e Gardaland. Ma questo era prima dei 10 anni.. Una delle poche cose che ricordo è che ho tenuto Giulietta per il suo seno per
scaramanzia, e che in hotel prima di cena abbiamo ottenuto un enorme piatto pieno di pasta e ho mangiato così tanto che non ho potuto mangiare il piatto principale 😃
