Mi humilde propuesta

Contexto previo:

Nos encontramos actualmente con dos grupos en eCuba, hispanohablantes y anglosajones/gente que accede a inglés como lengua común, por lo cual, si bien para la mayoría de los hispanohablantes es accesible el hecho de entender y hablar en inglés para responder/comentar a los artículos/mensajes del sector apenas minoritario de la población, pero para la gente de otros países (Macedonia, Grecia, Croacia, Serbia a quienes desde ahora englobaré de manera errónea dentro del término "anglosajones" siendo consciente del error pero esperando lo puedan obviar por el fin buscado) es imposible participar e interactuar con el sector de la comunidad que posee como lengua materna el español.

El problema:

Los anglosajones generan un sentimiento de alienación al solicitar se les tenga en cuenta en la comunidad, y no se puede seguir haciendo oídos sordos a la petición.

La solución:

Crear un comité de interlocución honoraria compuesta por gente bilingue (español/inglés) que presente disposición a traducir los artículos/propuestas en el foro que sean solicitados tanto por anglosajones como hispanoparlantes.

Como se ejecutará:

Para artículos: Se creará un canal de IRC de coordinación y elevación de solicitudes, y a su vez un gdoc de peticiones donde se podrán mandar gdocs editables para que el equipo de trabajo pueda ir traduciendo lo más rápido posible y al unísono.

Para el foro: Se dará poder de moderación a quienes tengan disposición y tiempo de traducir las actualizaciones importantes en las discusiones, dejándose así también la posibilidad de que, ante considerar importante o querer entender un comentario en otro idioma, se pueda "reportar" el comentario pertinente con el sujeto "Traducción" para que, cuando algún miembro del comité pueda traducirlo lo haga.

Espero su aprobación y colaboración para con el proyecto, me gustaría fuese llevado a cabo a nivel ejecutivo y oficial y sea votado por el congreso.

My humble proposal

Previous context:

We're found actually with two groups in eCuba, spanishspeakers and english-speakers/people who can speak english as a common tongue, in that scenary, we know that to the most of spanish-speakers is accessible the understanding an writing of english to answer/comment the articles/messages from the barely minotitary group of the population, but for the people who came from other country (Macedonia, Greece, Croatia, Serbja who i'll call ESPK from now on hoping you don't mind) is impossible to participate and interact with the sector of the community who possess as a mother-tongue the spanish.

The Problem:

The ESPK generate a feeling of alienation as they want to be considered in the community, and we can not keep going without hearing that claim.

The solution:

I propose to create a Honorary Interlocution Comittee (HIC / CIH) conformed by bilingual (spanish/english) people who shows disposition to translate the articles/forum proposals which can be solicited by ESPK or spanish-speakers

How to procee😛

To Articles: It will be created an IRC channel for coordination and petitions, this way there'll be also created a googledoc to fill the petition where the soliciter can send a googledoc editable for the HIC team who can star translating unison.

To the Forum: It will be given moderator rank to whoever have the disposition and the time to translate the important actualizations of the discussion topic, opening a gate to the possibility that if someone consider important or wants to understand a particular comentary in another language, that person could "report" the comment with the subject "Translate" in order to be translated when a moderator member of HIC see it.

I hope your approval and colaboration to the project, I'd like this to be ejecuted by a country level, with the President and the ministers and to be voted in the Congress.
