[ESO] Lots and Lots of Stuff

Wagwan guys, I have been away for a week and it seems our party has exploded. Exploded in a good way. We've gained around 20 members while I was away but I'm guessing some will be from WRP as we are now helping them gain Congress seats (as we are running in the election!). If someone with my intellect has been slightly confused over what has happened in ESO over the past week or so, I imagine the rest of you are totally flabberghasted. This article will attempt to summarise some absolutely random things.


Our Congress List

We can run for Congress guys! ESO hasn't been large enough to run for Congress on our own in the past so we have had to rely on most of the top 5 parties at some point to get our members into Congress. Now that we have hit the top 5 we thought we chould repay one of these parties, WRP, by giving them a sure spot on our list. That's the 1st spot by the way. Personally I believe 8 seats (including the WRP seat) would be good in this election but who knows what we will get. Here is the ESO Congress list:

Oh And That Means We Hit The Top 5!

ESO has been around for a long time. I joined in 2011 (and left in 2012). The members sacrificed the party to ensure that the evil Serbian PTOers could not take over the country but a few remained, including Jimmy. Over the past few months people like myself have joined ESO to rebuild the party, a party that was once the largest in the eUK with over 200 members. It has been a long process from less than 10 members to where we are now. We've had set-backs but I believe the unique community we have built within our party is now so strong that we can recover from anything. When Voodoo was elected as PP last month he said he would take us to the top 5, it was a hard task and he left us just a few members short - still an amazing accomplishment. Mr Cherry was elected as PP this month with the same goal, and we finally achieved it! The credit goes to every member who joined and stuck with us though, every single one of us has played a role in getting us here. Congrats guys!




ESOlympics

For the past 2-3 months I've been talking about having a big competition. Before I left I said I would put this into action and revealed what it would be. ESOlympics! I will have more details in an article in the next few days but the competition will be open to all eUK citizens regardless of your political affiliation, and there will be some big prizes too! The whole competition will be approximately two months however it will be split into several rounds. The first round will be announced in the next article.

BDP and WRP

I know we've risen but all of us gained members,
But we've been working at this since prior September,
Thanks for the fun and remember it's a game,
If you want to get frisky we'll make you feel shame,
Apparently Frix did a rap and it wasn't too good,
But we also have MC-CC, DJ Fapzy and Astrid with the right hook,
Basically what I'm trying to express to this rhythm,
Is that I'll chop off your penis and give it a circumcision,
No - wait, I honestly didn't mean it like that,
I guess this is what happens when you sniff too much crack,
I just wanted to say thanks for the enjoyment,
But now I think I should quit and find some employment,
Hah, jokes, I could never leave you guys,
That is, until you beat me with some rap surprise,
So yeah, basically I'll never be leaving eRepublik,
'Cus your wack bars are like a tongue with no lick,
Go back to school, think again and you'll understand,
But if you want to make a decent party, ESO could give you a hand...




Some Random Stuff

We've started looking towards the CP election, well, some of us have. We've had two people put their names forward for the primary already so if you are thinking of doing the same you might want to sort out some draft manifesto or policy list. Oh, and let us know.

There has been a sharp rise in the number of jokes on our feed, but even if WRP members are a joke we should stil enjoy their presence...

I don't think there are any multi's in our party (well none that I can identify) but if anyone in our party decides to use multi's to boost the party I will report them. We've made it this far clean so I'd like to keep it that way. And if other parties want to accuse us of multi'ing don't throw accusations around and just report the accounts you think are multis.

Apparently Jimmy is doing something crazy. He did pledge alegionce to the party though.
