[eSA Presidency] PTO threat contingency plans

We are currently under a PTO Threat.
Leon and crew are avoiding any and all immigration procedures and other laws as they see themselves as: "Without a Government."
The Macs have been against us the past few months, but have grown in numbers due to some illegal procedures as well as multiple accounts.
They seem to have decided in joining us, which I hope they do.
There are a lot of wildcards and multiple account votes and on the off chance the PTO'rs win the election we will face countless problems we might not ever recover from. Our Finance reserves are at risk as they will milk our country orgs and milk our taxes.
After a discussion with many TRUSTED members of society, I intend on moving the money from our reserves as well as current accounts and placing them in an undisclosed location. We will continue to have enough money to operate our day-to-day activities as well as any other programs we wish to have, however our remaining money will be safe somewhere else.
As everyone knows, i have been responsible of safe guarding eSA's finances for over 2 years and we have done very well to keep it safe.
We have gathered intel from a reliable source. They'll win CP by letting more ppl in illegally and control the national orgs of eSA. So they can easily launder the money they get from their multies.
With over 3mil ZAR in RBSA alone, i'm sure it would be on any PTO groups agenda to PTO South Africa.
As you may or may not be aware, a CP can request the passwords to all our national orgs. If this happens we stand to lose everything. A fact that i'm sure none of us want to see happen. Should it happen, we all know there is no way we can recover as we will lose everything.
Hopefully the lack of funds in the reserve, along with the threat of Brazil wiping us to no regions if a member of a PTOing group DOES get into office, will deter the members of the threatening groups from continuing these actions as well as make it less opportunistic for others to join them in their crusade.
I will also be releasing an in game article about this to ensure full disclosure of what will be occurring.
Congress and all trusted eSA citizens can please vet this in game.

The amount of candidates running for CP is also creating a problem and heightening risk.
You may not all like me but I have experience in such things. I do not want us to limit democracy, but I believe we need a in-game based primary for this election (rather than on the forums, which only a very small minority of players use)

What is not transparent about this process? Just because you do not know the foreign location of the funds; does not mean that the Minister of Finance and the Governor of the Reserve Bank stops keeping track of our very public records. Transparent processes should not be confused with secure practices. You can have both.
There was discussion, consensus and the public sharing of information. All signs that democracy is alive and well. Would you prefer a small group simply close the money taps until the general public can kick them out?
