No puede otorgar nuevas ciudadanías a naturales del país o extranjeros que quieran llegar al país.
No citizenships granting option. This means they will not be able to give citizenship to RL citizens of that country or to foreigners who want to settle themselves in that land.

If the wiped country is eChile, eParaguay or ePeru, their citizens will turn into professional weepers, to try getting some help from ONE. Something that, unfortunately they will never get.
