[eRepublik 1784] Change your name! Można zmieniać nazwę gracza!

Starting today we added a new option in the edit profile: Change name

Each citizen can now change his in game name in the following conditions:
- first time the name change price is 5 Gold. If this change is made, during a 3 month period the citizen will not be able to make another name change,
- after 3 months the next name change is available for 50 Gold. If this change is made, the same rule applies: the name will remain for another 3 months,
- the next changes are available for unlimited times, at the price of 50 Gold, in a 3 month time frame.

Note: If the name you are trying to use appears to be taken by another account there are 2 cases:
- the name is attached to an existing active citizen,
- the name is attached to a dead citizen account that cannot be found with the Search option, but the data base remembers it.

Dziś dodaliśmy nową opcję w edit profile: Change name (edycja profilu: Zmiana nazwy)

Każdy obywatel będzie teraz mógł zmienić swoją nazwę w grze:
- pierwsza zmiana kosztuje 5 szt. złota. Po tym przez następne 3 miesiące nie będzie możliwości zmiany nazwy,
- każda kolejna zmiana będzie możliwa po 3 miesiącach od poprzedniej po zapłaceniu 50 szt. złota.

Uwaga: Jeśli nazwa którą próbujesz wybrać zdaje się być zajęta przez inne konto, możliwe są 2 przypadki:
- nazwa jest używana przez aktywnego gracza,
- nazwa jest przypisana do martwego konta (nie da się go odnaleźć używając opcji Szukaj, ale mimo to jest zapamiętany w naszej bazie).
