Hi, djnewdream. Thanks for taking the time to answer some questions. First of all just introduce yourself to the community.

Well, it’s me, djnewdream! I am a 21 years old student and actually I am playing eRep “active” since not more than 8 month. So I might be a noob for you, but beware of my eRep birth date!

You started on 25th of december 2010? Why do you spaced out to inactivity for so long?

Good question. I ran out of time due to my civilian service and wasn’t convinced of this amazing game. Another point could be the fact that eGermany was occupied by poland at this time and I saw no future for our great nation.

Talking about the future; which alliance do you think Germark should join?

I appreciate the status quo, aka. neutrality. I understand the crowd of ppl, who wanna join an alliance, because they are bored from neutrality and to get some fun is not bad at all. Still I prefer neutrality, as long as there is no good alliance for us. These days we have everywhere some friends in different allies; thats the main problem I guess. When we suggest of france and russia, I am pretty sure we don’t want to disappointing them, but its quite the sense of joining an alliance. At least myself is not ready to get in a “random” alliance just to get closer to fun or even just to have some wars. But in this case I know, that the opposite of my opinion is necessary to find a liberal and for everybody useful agreement.

But as you maybe know, the last survey about the alliance-question was pretty unclear, at least no clear tendency, what it makes hard to join an alliance that makes everybody happy / acceptable.

The last sentence of your comment to the alliances is very important in your position as the MoC. Can you release any information about what the MoC has planned for this month?

Yeah sure. On the one hand we want to entertain you with some other games round about the community itself. For example a game is based on the idea to identify eGermarkian players by giving some hints, until somebody got the right player. Also there might be an interesting guessing-game soon and of course you know already IWS. On the other hand we want to give you some information about everything that is important in eGermark. Some ppl do interviews (^.^) and some others will care about the procedure in every other ministry, to get an overview about things happening and to inform the community about these.


If I were interested in the germarkian community this would sound nice! Maybe we should now come to the “not-eRep” part of the interview.

Um diese Frage zu beantworten, möchte ich euch bitten, an einer kleinen Umfrage teilzunehmen. Damit ihr auch alle fleissig seid, wird einer der Teilnehmer 3 Gold gewinnen. Ganz davon ab muss ich glaube ich nicht erwähnen, dass das Ergebnis der Umfrage - hübsch visualisiert- in der nächsten Ausgabe zu finden ist.

Okay, ich bins Plattenjockel! Ich bin ein 21 Jahre alter Student und spiele eRep seit nicht mehr als acht Monaten aktiv. Aber beachtet mein eRep-Geburdsdatum!

Du starteste bereits am 25.12.2010. Warum bist du so lang in die Inaktivität abgedriftet?

Eine gute Frage. Ich hatte aufgrund meines Zivildienstes keine Zeit mehr und war nicht so recht überzeugt von diesem tollen Spiel. Ein anderer Punkt könnte gewesen sein, dass eDeutschland komplett von Polen besetzt war und ich deswegen keine Zukunft für unser Land sah.

Wo wir über Zukunft reden; welcher Allianz sollte Germark deiner Meinung nach beitreten?

Ich bevorzuge den Status quo, also die Neutralität. Ich verstehe aber auch die Gruppe Spieler, die einer Allianz beitreten möchten, da sie gelangweilt sind und etwas Spaß sicherlich nicht verkehrt ist. Trotzdem bevorzuge ich die Neutralität, so lange es keine gute Allianz für uns gibt. Zur Zeit haben wir Freunde in verschiedenen Allianzen, was denke ich, das Hauptroblem darstellt. Ich weise nur auf Frankreich und Russland hin und bin mir sicher, dass wir sie nicht enttäuschen möchten. Dies wäre aber auf jeden Fall so, würden wir einer Allianz beitreten. Und zumindest bin ich persönlich nicht bereit in eine beliebige Allianz einzutreten, nur um etwas Spaß zu haben. Aber auch ich bin mir bewusst, dass für eine Entscheidungsfindung beide Seiten wichtig sind, um eine liberale und für jeden nützliche Lösung zu finden.
Wie du vielleicht weißt, war die letzte Abstimmung über die Allianzen-Frage ziemlich nichtssagend oder zumindest ohne eine klare Tendenz. Dies macht es noch schwerer eine Allianz zu finden, die das Gros der Leute zufrieden stellt.

Der letzte Satz deiner Ausführung ist sehr wichtig - vor allem in deiner Funktion als Moc. Kannst du uns etwas mehr verraten, was das MoC zur Unterhaltung der Massen noch aufbieten wird?

Aber sicher. Auf der einen Seite wird es Spiele geben, die sich um die Community selbst drehen. Zum Beispiel wird ein Spiel darauf basieren, bestimmte Germarkische Spieler durch kleine Hinweise zu erraten. Eventuell wird es noch andere Ratespiele geben und natürlich weiterhin das IWS. Auf der anderen Seite möchten wir euch über alles wichtige in Germark informieren. Einige Mitglieder des MoC führen Interviews (^.^) und andere werden über Vorgänge in den verschiedenen Ministerien informieren, damit die Community jederzeit bescheid weiss, was so abgeht.

Wenn mich die germarkische Community interessieren würde, müsste ich sagen: das klingt gut!
Aber vielleicht sollten wir nun zum letzten Teil des Interviews kommen. Dem allseits beliebten: “Was mag ich am liebsten...”-Spiel.
