Greetings eCitizens!

As a new spokesman of ePeru Government I would like to present you a member-list of our ministers for December 2009. I also want to thank for all the support we've got during recent weeks. The Polish and hopefully Spanish translation will follow later. (edit: looking for English-Spanish translator)

The Past

Many of you may wonder what were the reasons for the so to call coup-d'etat we've done. From August till October we peacefully cooperated both with the ruling majority in congress and with presidents. However, after Wally Wilson, whom we supported during elections and who won thanks to that support, broke his promises and with the second hack of a National Bank of Peru which took place soon after the elections, we've decided it is enough and that we cannot allow some magnates to rule and rob ePeru. The partnership was over so we canceled co-operation in Congress and started blocking procedures.

We fell that we took the best steps we coul😛 presidents impeachment, gaining majority in Congress and then winning president elections in November.

With the threat of invasion and the fact that ePeru might be gone from map we tried to prepare ourselves to defend the country and to secure as much money we could in order to fight for our e-homeland. And even though we failed under the pressure of eArgentina and eBrasil, later we were able to stand up and with the help of our friends and allies bring ePeru on the maps.

In the last few days we also bought a Hospital of Quality 5 in order to supply our citizens with healthcare and signed a MPP with eUSA which will allow our citizens to participate in Training Wars. The defense of ePeru consumed a fair amount of money - far more than we collected from Central Treasury. Also MPP and hospital were founded from private money.

The Future

Today we are still facing many difficulties. There is still a threat of invasion. But we will prevail over those. ePeru is a country rich in the most precious raw material: iron. We hope that after regaining independence many new investors will come here in order to create companies, and new workers will follow aswell. This will need a proper amount of money to be available on the Monetary Market - our duty as a Government is to provide PENs to keep the currency course stable which in the future will lead to a boosting economy.

We also want to keep friendly relations with all countries that do not want to harm us and we are open for any discussions considering bilateral relations with countries of EDEN and neutrals.

Przeszłość

Wielu z Was być może zastanawia się jakie były przyczyny, nazzwijmy to zamachu stanu, który przeprowadziliśmy. Od sierpnia do października współpracowaliśmy na przyjacielskiej stopie zarówno z większością w kongresie, jak i urzędującymi prezydentami. Jednakże tuż po wygraniu wyborów, Wally Wilson, którego poparliśmy i który zwyciężył dzięki temu poparciu złamał obietnice wyborcze, wkrótce po tym nastąpił drugi hack Narodowego Banku ePeru, w związku z czym zdecydowaliśmy, że to koniec naszej współpracy oraz, że nie możemy pozwolić by pewni "możnowładcy" dalej rządzili i rozgrabiali Peru. Skończyła się współpraca, a zaczął bojkot i blokowanie prac Kongresu.

Jesteśmy przekonani, że podjęliśmy właściwe kroki: odwołanie prezydenta, zyskanie większości w kongresie, wygranie prezydentury w listopadzie.

Zagrożeni inwazją i świadomi faktu, że ePeru może zniknąć z map staraliśmy przygotować się do obrony naszej eOjczyzny, gromadząc i zabezpieczając środki pieniężne. I pomimo tego, że padliśmy pod naporem eArgentyny i eBrazylii, w późniejszym czasie byliśmy w stanie przywrócić ePeru wraz z naszymi przyjaciółmi i sojusznikami.

Ostatnimi dni zakupiliśmy szpital Q5 aby zapewnić obywatelom odpowiednią opiekę zdrowotną, oraz podpisaliśmy MPP z eUSA, aby zapewnić dostęp do walk treningowych. Obrona ePeru pochłonęła znaczącą ilość pieniędzy - dużo więcej niż wytransferowaliśmy ze skarbca kraju. Również MPP i szpital zostały ufundowane z prywatnych środków.

Przyszłość

W dniu dzisiejszym wciąż stawiamy czoła wielu trudnościom. Wciąż wisi nad nami widmo inwazji. Ale zdołamy pokonać te przeszkody. ePeru jest krajem bogatym w najcenniejszy z surowców: żelazo. Mamy nadzieję, że wraz z odzyskaniem niepodległości do kraju zaczną przybywać inwestorzy oraz pracownicy szukający nowych możliwości. Oczywiście aby zapewnić im możliwość prawidłowego funkcjonowania wymagana będzie odpowiednia liczba waluty dostępna na Rynku Walutowym - naszym obowiązkiem jako Rządu jest zapewnienie odpowiedniem ilości PEN aby utrzymać stabilny kurs waluty, co w przyszłości przyczyni się do rozwoju naszej ekonomii.

Chcemy również utrzymywać przyjazne relacje z krajami, które nie chcą naszej krzywdy oraz jesteśmy otwarci na rozmowy dotyczącymi stosunków dwustronnych z państwami EDEN oraz neutralnymi.

Como nuevo portavoz del Gobierno de ePeru me gustaría presentaros una lista de los miembros de nuestros ministerios para Diciembre de 2009. También me gustaría agradecer todo el apoyo que hemos tenido durante las recientes semanas. La traducción polaca y española se encuentra aquí abajo.

El Pasado

Muchos de vosotros os preguntaréis cuales fueron las razones del llamado golpe de estado que hemos hecho. Desde Agosto hasta Octubre hemos cooperado pacíficamente con la mayoría ogbernante del congreso y con los presidentes. Sin embargo, después de que Wally Wilson, a quien apoyamos durante las elecciones y quien ganó gracias a ese apoyo, rompiese sus promesas y con el segundo hackeo del Banco Nacional de Peru que tuvo lugar poco después de las elecciones, hemos decidido que eso ha sido demasiado para nosotros y no podemos permitir que otros magnates gobiernen y roben ePeru. La unión se ha acabado y, por tanto, hemos cancelado la cooperación en el Congreso y hemos bloqueado todas las gestiones.

Pensamos que lo mejor que podiamos hacer era: una cesión de cargos del presidente, una mayoría en el Congreso y una victoría en las presidenciales de Noviembre.

Con la amenaza de invasión y el hecho de que ePeru pudiese desaparecer del mapa, intentamos prepararnos para defender el país y asegurar el máximo dinero posible para poder luchar desde nuestra eTierra. Y, más aún, cuando caímos bajo la presión de eArgentina y eBrasil, pudimos más tarde levantarnos y, con la ayuda de nuestros amigos, devolver ePeru a los mapas.

En los últimos días, también hemos comprado un Hospital de Calidad 5 para poder proveer a nuestros ciudadanos de ayuda sanitaria y hemos firmado un MPP con eUSA que nos permitirá participar en Guerras de Entrenamiento. La defensa de ePeru consumió una gran cantidad de dinero - más de la que recogimos del Tesoro Nacional. El MPP y el hospital fueron financiados con dinero privado.

El Futuro

Hoy aún estamos enfrentándonos a muchas dificultades. Hay aún un riesgo de invasión. Pero nosotros venceremos sobre aquellos que nos quieren conquistar. ePeru es un país rico en el material más preciado: hierro. Esperamos que después de haber ganado la independencia, nuevos inversores vengan para crear nuevas compañías que creen nuevos empleos. Esto necesita una buena cantidad de dinero disponible en el Mercado Monetario - nuestra labor como Gobierno es el de proveer PENs para mantener la divisa estable lo cual en el futuro nos dará una economía boyante.

También queremos mantener relaciones amistosas con todos los países que no quieren hacernos daño y estamos abiertos a cualquier diálogo que considere relaciones bilaterales con países de EDEN y neutrales.
