Going on a different subject, another upcoming improvement will be related to the Natural Enemy bonus. As you probably know already, the Natural Enemy bonus was added only to the War influence so far. Soon enough, the +10% Natural Enemy bonus will be applied also to the Rank Points gain and, even more interesting, to the Strength increase while training. For more info, stay tuned.

eROC should be considering NE too,

eChina, I don't think so. I've read some newspaper in eChina, some of the eChina citizens seem not like eNorth Korea at all. I'm afraid the training war may turn into a real war in the worst case. Besides we have a MPP with eGreece, eChina has one too. Do we lose the MPP if we set eChina as NE?
eRussia, we have not contacted with them for a long time. The history is tough for both eRussia and eNorth Korea. Do you have faith on them? Can you ensure that a training war won't turn into a real war?
eJapan may be a best choice. But they already have a training war game with eSK. I hope they don't mind share with us.
I think eROC may be another choice. If you'd like to talk to them.

I don't hold any opinion towards having training war with this country.
BTW, if we declare NE to eChina or eRussia, I'm afraid we'd eventually suffer from this mistake.
We don't have any real treaty in-game.
Even if they deny the treaty signed, we can do nothing except watching our country being wiped off.
As eSK is now having training wars with Japan, I also prefer eROC.
