【eNK】About Kangwon

各位NK公民：

I am Minister of Foreign Affairs of eNK, these days I talked wiht the President, foreign minister of eChina about the loaned region Kangwon. Now I will share you with some informations. And i hope everybody can give some valuable opinion.

我是NK的外长。这几天我一直在与eChina的总统、外长讨论Kangwon的租借问题。现在我想跟大家分享一些信息。同时，我也希望大家能给与一些意见。

In eChina they monthly income is about 4000 Golds around, so I put their income from bread as 2000G, When they got Kangwon they will get another 5% income. It means 100 golds. So I asked them to give us 60 Golds loan fees. They accept it. Then,i hope everybody can discuss it. If there's no other advice, I will continue loan moves.

eChina每月的税收大约在4000G左右，我把他们的面包税收收入算作2000G，如果我们租借Kangwon给他们的话，他们将大约得到5%的额外收益，也就是100G，所以我向他们提出60G的租借费，他们表示能够接受。现在我希望大家能够积极讨论，如果没有其他意见，我将继续进行租借事宜。

PS: Kangwon has little help for our economic. If it can increace the relationship between eChina and eNK, while facing invasion can get them from help, I think loan Kangwon is a good choice.

PS：Kangwon对对我们的经济帮助微乎其微。如果他能够因为租借给eChina而增进eChina和eNK的关系，当我们面临威胁的时候他们能给予帮助，那么我认为租借Kangwon是一个不错的选择。
