Greetings to all readers of "Mriya..." newspaper!

For the past few weeks events, surrounding our alliance, attract the attention of huge part of ingame society. However, there are no good reasons for that. Our regions are lapsing to hostile alliances, friendly countries are wiped one by another, and we've lost a few leafs on the "brotherhood" tree. It will be absurd to believe this happened because of climatic conditions.

In the media we can find more and more dissatisfaction with the behaviour of particular members of EDEN: while some countries pursue after Asian colonies, the others are left without territories and congress again. It seems like small countries are present in aliance only to satisfact the needs of "older brothers". Meanwhile, all of us saw how the wish of one country to keep the fullset of bonuses instead of helping it's allies was one of the factors of ONE breakdown. So why should we fall into the same trap when there is a possibility to learn from other's mistakes?

It is said, that one drop of poison infects the whole tun of wine. Inadequate behaviour of one member of the alliance can affect the whole alliance and cool down the relations among countries. I can recall the signing of the "Iron agreement", which happened under the appearance of liberation/leasing and future liberation for congress of Ukrainian region Bukovina. What is interesting, the leasing of this region was done without eUkraine. Probably, eRomania thought that it is better to pay rent to direct enemy of alliance - eHungary. But there was another way: the rent could be paid to eUkraine, so those funds remained inside the alliance, and the region could be transferred earlier with the help of "handy" eMoldova. In such way both countries have benefits: eRomania gets +20% to weapon production, and eUkraine gets funds for financing business, since because of congress absence was unable to get the money from the treasury. So, is this step of eRomania reasonable? And where is the cooperation in economic sphere?

General Staff of the alliance expressed it's concern about this event and asked both sides to come to an understanding. But the Catholic Christmas eUkraine met without congress.

I also can't miss eRomanian attack of eTurkish core region, which was controled by eHungary at that time. Is the history going to repeat itself (what is unlikely in current situation) and the "Saltpeter agreement" will take place? Will then eTurkey be involved into the negotiations?

While looking back on last events I have a few questions:
- does the General Staff of EDEN have an impact on eRomania or another allied country?
- are there any penalties for disrespect of an ally, except the publication of the note, mentioned earlier?
- for how long non-statute relations can last?
- how many countries more have to leave us, so that we all can understand, that EDEN - is an alliance, where all the participants cooperate and don't conquer bonuses for someone with harm to themselves?

If this is going to last further, we will have a great opportunity in the nearest future to see all the titles of one of the most remarkable alliances on it's gravestone.

Мої вітання усім читачам газети "Мрія..."!

Ось уже протягом декількох останніх тижнів події навколо нашого альянсу привертають увагу значної частини ігрового суспільства. Щоправда, приводом для цього є не зовсім радісні звістки. Підконтрольні нам території переходять до ворожих альянсів, одна за одною випилюються дружні країни, а з настанням зими опали деякі листочки на "братньому" дереві. І абсурдно вважати, що причиною цьому є кліматичні умови.

В пресі все частіше лунають невдоволення відносно поведінки окремих членів EDEN'у: в той час як одні країни ганяються за колоніями в Азії, інші - вкотре залишаються без територій та конгресу. Складається враження, що маленькі країни в альянсі присутні лише для задоволення потреб "старших братів". А тим часом всі ми були свідками того як бажання однієї країни зберегти повний набір бонусів замість допомоги союзникам було одним із чинників розпаду ONE. Для чого ж тоді наступати на ті самі граблі, якщо є можливість повчитися на чужих помилках?

Кажуть, що ложка дьогтю бочку меду псує. Неадекватна поведінка одного члена альянсу може негативно вплинути на весь альянс і охолодити стосунки між країнами. З останнього пригадується підписання "Залізного договору", яке відбувалося під виглядом визволення/оренди та майбутньої подальшої передачі під конгрес українського регіону Буковина. Цікаво, що оренда регіону відбувалася без участі еУкраїни. Напевно еРумунія вважала, що доцільніше буде заплатити оренду прямому ворогу альянсу - еУгорщині. Хоча був і інший шлях: суму оренди можна було передати еУкраїні, залишивши кошти в межах альянсу, а передачу регіону зробити раніше з допомогою "підручної" еМолдови. Таким чином виграють обидві країни: еРумунія отримує +20% до виробництва зброї, а еУкраїна отримує кошти для фінансування діяльності, оскільки через багатомісячну відсутність конгресу була позбавлена можливості виводити гроші з казни. То чи є такий крок еРумунії економічно обґрунтованим? І де тут співпраця в економічній сфері?

Генеральний Штаб альянсу висловив своє занепокоєння з цього приводу і попросив сторони домовитися. Але католицьке Різдво еУкраїна зустрічала без конгресу.

Не можу оминути увагою і атаку еРумунії на корінний регіон еТуреччини, котрий на той момент перебував під владою еУгорщини. Невже історія повториться (що малоімовірно в поточній ситуації) і відбудеться підписання "Селітрового договору"? І чи буде еТуреччина залучена до переговорів?

З огляду на останні події в мене виникає декілька запитань:
- чи має Генеральний Штаб EDEN'у вплив на еРумунію чи будь-якого члена альянсу?
- чи передбачаються санкції за неповагу до союзника, окрім публікації згаданої раніше замітки?
- як довго можуть продовжуватися нестатутні відносини?
- скільки ще країн має покинути нас, щоб ми всі зрозуміли, що EDEN - це альянс, у якому учасники співпрацюють, а не здобувають бонуси для когось на шкоду собі?

Якщо так продовжиться і надалі, то маємо чудову нагоду в недалекому майбутньому побачити усі титули одного з найвизначніших альянсів на його надгробному камені.
