In my second article, as I announced in the first, you can see an interview with one of the most influential people in North Korea Afanasiy Drago. Why North Korea? Like most people heard, in North Korea had one of the PTOs last month.

1.Could you explain situation with PTO of North Korea?

A mix of, what we believe to be, mainly Hungarian and Iranian citizens descended upon North Korea several weeks ago and secured their own party by defeating me in a Party President election 71-67.
Most of them moved back to their respective countries after that, only to return for Congressional elections when their party, named the PEACE Party for NK, put forth 36 candidates. On Election Day, they established themselves as a real threat early by sending approximately 140 votes in the first few hours. We couldn’t quite match those numbers, so our strategy was to make every single vote count and hold onto our votes as long as possible to beat them in the end. Just that happened, as a strong effort by everyone involved in the City Party and several citizens from eIndia, resulted in the City Party claiming 19 seats in Congress, leaving 18 seats to the PEACE Party and three seats to the Democratic Socialist Party.
After Congressional election results were tallied, we quickly moved our Treasury’s gold into an organization, the People’s Bank of North Korea, by a vote of 20-16. Unfortunately, as soon as the vote past, in a last-ditch effort to ruin our economy to spite our success over them in the Congressional elections, a member of the PEACE Party proposed a vote to move the Treasury’s currency into a bank named the PeopIe’s Bank of North Korea, which uses a capital letter ‘i’ instead of a lowercase ‘l’ in the word People. This tricked several of our Congressmen into thinking it was our bank, thus they voted yes, and the vote eventually passed 19-17. As of now, the person who proposed the vote, Kronsen Polanski, has been temporarily banned for what I can only assume as exploiting the in-game font. We are currently awaiting a decision from the game administrators on what will happen with the 60,000 Korean Won that now sits in a fake bank.Many of the PEACE Party for NK Congressmen have left the country now, proving that their only reason for being here was their own greed and never to help establish North Korea as a successful country. I imagine they will be back on June 4th and 5th to go heads up against us in the Country President elections, and look forward to the challenge when that day comes.

2.What is NK future? Peace or remains of atlantis or something else?

The general consensus is to secure our borders with Non-Aggression Pacts with our neighbors once a President is elected, that way we’re able to establish defenses and build up our army for an additional month. As of right now, I personally have no interest in joining a large alliance.

3.What do you think about merging SK and Japan?

I can’t comment on the current situation in eRepublik as I do not have enough information regarding the matter, but I do know that a lot of real South Koreans who join the game and see their country is under Japanese control will probably quit the game immediately, as the two countries haven’t had the warmest of relationships throughout history.

4.Do you plan going to war?

Not currently, as all of our bordering neighbors are far more developed than we are so to go to War would certainly put to waste all of our efforts to build up this country so far.

5.Do you have organized army?

Yes, currently we have a general army and an “elite” army, both controlled by William_Shafer, a man with vast amounts of experience leading armies in places like eUSA and eRussia.

3. Što vi mislite o udruživanju Južne Koreje i Japana?

Ne mogu komentirati trenutnu situaciju u eRepubliku pošto ja nemam dovoljno informacija o tom pitanju, ali znam da će dosta pravih Južnih Koreanaca, koji će se pridružiti igri i vidjeti njihovu zemlju pod japanskom kontrolom, vjerojatno prekinuti igru odmah, pošto ove dvije zemlje nisu imale najtopliji odnos kroz povijest.

4. Planirate li odlazak u rat?

Trenutno ne, jer su svi naši susjedi s kojima graničimo daleko više razvijeniji nego što smo mi, tako da bi polazak u rat bilo sigurno bacanje svih naših nastojanja da se izgradi ova zemlja.

5. Jeste li organizirali vojsku?

Da, trenutno imamo opću vojsku i "elitnu" vojsku, obje pod kontrolom William_Shafer-a, čovjeka s ogromnim iznosom iskustva vodeći vojske u državama kao što su eSAD i eRusija.
