This article is a compilation of 50 very frequently asked questions on the "Help" section of the forum and/or questions that I frequently receive by PM. For that reason, they're mostly useful to new players, but it might be useful even to some of the veteran players as well. I've separated questions per category - actually, it would seem there are more than 50 questions, but it's because some questions appear more than once (in different categories - probably game mechanics and somewhere else). To avoid making this article absurdly long, I've also linked to the wiki as often as possible.

2) How do I heal?

Go to your region's page and click "Heal". The "Heal" button will only appear if:

- You have already fought today
- You have not yet healed today
- Your region has a hospital
- You have less than 100 wellness

3) How do I fight?

Note that in order to be able to fight in a RW (resistance war), you must be in the country that currently owns the region, which won't be the RL country of the region! So yes, if you want to help in an RW, you'll have to move to that country.

4) How do I vote?

On elections day (5th, 15th and 25th of each month), go to Community -> Elections and choose your favorite candidate. There will also be a link to it on the main page.

5) How do I move?

Buy a moving ticket on the marketplace, then click "Change" under location, on your profile. You can only move if you are at least level 3.
Also, you can't move between countries at war. So, if that's what you want to do, you'll need 2 moving tickets - the first to go to a neutral country, then a second to go to the desired country. A neutral country is a country who is neither at war with the country where you currently live, nor with the one where you want to go.

It can't be done. You can't change the org name either.

12) How do I change the game language?

To change the game language, logout, then change it on the top-right corner of the log-in page.
Regardless of the language of your choice, though, the in-game forums are exclusively in english.

13) How do I sell products on my inventory (black market)?

There is no trading system, only a donation system. Thus, the black market deals are made via donations: one player donates money, the other donates the products.
Because of that, black market deals normally involves a certain level of mutual trust. Sure, you can make a contract to help safeguard you against scammers, but it's still only semi-effective, because:

- If you want a trial, you have to pay.
- A trial could take a long time to yield a decision.
- The contract could be invalid (if it doesn't follow the rule), in which case nothing can be done.

14) How do get a job?

If you're having problems getting a job, make sure you're seeing the correct industry and that you have the appropriate SKILL, not level.

15) How do I quit my job?

If you've been hired for more than 72h, just press the "Resign" button (in the company page). Otherwise, you have to ask your boss to fire you. If you don't know who you boss is, have a look here.

Finally, it should be noted that if the company has no money to pay you, or no raw material available (in case of manufacturing or construction companies), you can resign even before the 72h limit.

16) Why do I receive less than the amount advertised?

There are income taxes. You can check out how much tax you pay by going to your country's page, under Economy tab.

17) How do I find out who my boss is?

Go to your company page, and click on the name under the company name. It will most likely be an org - you can't find out who the citizen who owns it is (in most cases you can guess by looking at the donation list, though), but you can send the message to the org, no problem (I actually recommend you do, even if you know who the citizen is).

No, the count is not reset. As long as you work every day, you'll get the hw medal after 30 days, irrespective of where you've worked.

19) My skill reached the next level, why didn't my salary increase?

Salaries are not automatically updated. Send a PM to your boss, ask for a raise. If you ignores you, or tells you he is unable to comply, you can also consider quitting your job.

20) How do I eat?

Eating is automatic, you don't need to do anything. Your citizen will eat at 0:00 game time, and the highest quality food in your inventory will be consumed. If you don't have food, you will lose wellness - don't let that happen!

21) I bought a weapon but it disappeared after I fought, why?

This is normal, weapons only last for 1 fight. Remember, you are also allowed to fight without weapons - which is most likely the best option in the beginning, when money is scarce.

22) My friend tells me he can train with Napoleon for 1.8G, but that's not the case for me!

This feature is new and is currently in a testing phase, so different people have different options and prices. When the testing phase is over (probably in a few days), the same rules will be applied to all players.

23) How do I post an image in my article/forum post?

Use [img]link[/img], where link is the link to the image. If it's an image from your hard drive, you'll have to upload it to a site before being able to use it.

24) How can I see how many subscribers I have?

You can:

- See with an org
- Ask someone else to see it for you
- See it in the rankings of your country

25) I wrote an article but it didn't appear, why?

If it appears blank, you'll almost certainly messed with the tags somewhere. Or maybe the tags are fine, but you tried linking to an external anchor using the [ url] command (< a href> won't work either, but it won't make your article blank). The only way to link to an external anchor is to transform it into a tinyurl link (or some similar service), then link to it.

If your article doesn't exist at all, most likely your session expired before you clicked "Publish". You'll have to write the article again (hopefully, you have a copy right?)

2😎 How do I transfer company ownership from my citizen to my org?

You have to put the company for sale, then buy it with your citizen. If you have enough gold, put a high price, so nobody will want to buy it before you do. If you don't have too much gold, though, you'll have to sell cheap and buy very fast, and hope nobody buys before you do! Being simultaneously logged in your citizen and org would be a good idea, in that case.

Buy the raw materials with your org, then go to your company page and click &quot😉onate Raw Materials". And yes, unfortunately you have to drag and drop, and do it 10 at a time.

Yes, it's a bug... it's been around for a while now. 20th slot of an org cannot be filled by an org donation (citizen-org donations sometimes work, sometimes not).

No, you must use a different email. Don't ask me why...

36) Can different citizens use the same org?

Yes, orgs can be shared, no problem. However, you should only share orgs with people you trust, otherwise they could steal things, change password/email, etc.
Also, if the org breaks any rule, the citizen who created it could be punished - one more reason to only share with people you trust.

37) The History Sales tab of my company is blank, why?

If you opened the company just few days ago - that's normal, it is normally updated weekly. If it's been more than a week and it's still blank, it's probably a bug.

DS: defense system
EP, EXP: experience points
FM: field marshal
FP: forfeit point
G: gold
GM: general manager (your boss)
HW, HWM: hard worker (medal)
MM: monetary market, media mogul (depending on context)
MPP: mutual protection pact
MT: moving ticket
ORG: organization
PM: private message
PP: party president
PTO: political take-over
Q1, Q2, etc: quality 1, 2, etc
RM: raw material
RW: resistance war
TO: same as PTO
WP: wellness packs (now wellness boxes)

Nothing is meant to happen. However, when you hover over them with the mouse, drop down menus should appear.

If they don't appear, it is possible that your browser is not updated, and you should update it in that case! If that's not the case (or you can't update, for whatever reason), you should contact admins.

47) I updated my avatar, but it's still showing the old one, why?

You have to clear your browser's cache. Try Ctrl+F5, it might work sometime.
If it doesn't work, try to manually clear the cache - or just wait some hours and it will update to the new image on its own.

Since it's just related to your browser, even though you see the old image, everyone else already sees the new image (and so will you in a few hours), so don't worry too much about it!

4😎 Is there a vacation mode?

Unfortunately, that doesn't exist. Stock up on food before leaving for vacation, and you won't die. If you'll leave for more than 20 days (or if you can't afford that many food), consider asking for a friend to periodically donate food to you.

Do NOT ask a friend to sit your account for you (ie, to log everyday, work and train), since that is illegal.

49) How do I use my referral link?

You can find your link at Community -> Invite friends. You must be at least level 4 for that to work.
Your will earn 5G when a friend invited by your link reaches level 6.

50) How do I post links on the forum or article?

Post with either [ url=link] [ /url] around a word, or simply [ url] [ /url] around a link (without the spaces).
You can also use the "Link" button: highlight a word, press the button and put the link. Be careful not to double the http, as it is already written (if you don't use eRep plus).

Vá para a página da sua região e clique em "Heal". O botão só aparece se:

- Você tiver lutado hoje
- Você ainda não usou o hospital hoje
- Sua região possui um hospital
- Você tem menos de 100 de wellness

Note que para lutar em uma guerra de resistência (resistance war), é necessário estar no país ao qual a região pertence no jogo, que será diferente do país da região na vida real. Logo, se quiser ajudar em uma RW, é necessário ir até o país que conquistou a região.

4) Como votar?

Nos dias de eleição (5, 15 e 25 de cada mês), vá para Community -> Elections, e vote no seu candidato favorito. Haverá um link para votar na página principal, também.

Ainda, lembre-se que não é possível viajar entre países que estão em guerra. Se este for o seu objetivo, você precisará de 2 bilhetes, um para ir para um país neutro, e outro para ir para o país que você quiser. Um país neutro é um país que não está em guerra com nenhum dos dois países envolvidos.

Para mudar o idioma, faça logout, e mude no canto superior direito da página de login.
Note que, independente do idioma escolhido, os fóruns do jogo são exclusivamente em inglês.

13) Como vendo meus produtos (ou seja, mercado negro)?

Não existe nenhum sistema de trocas no jogo, apenas de doações. Logo, para vender seus itens, você deverá doá-lo para alguém, e esta pessoa doar o dinheiro para você.

Por isso, as vendas no mercado negro envolvem um certo grau de confiança mútua. Você pode criar um contrato para proteger contra scammers, mas é apenas parcialmente eficiente, pois;

- Se você quiser um trial (recurso), terá que pagar.
- Pode demorar muito tempo até você conseguir seus produtos/dinheiro de volta
- O contrato pode ser inválido, e neste caso nada poderá ser feito.

14) Como conseguir um emprego?

Se estiver tendo problemas, verifique se está procurando emprego para a indústria e skill correta. Lembre-se de usar skill (habilidade), e não o level (nível). Você pode ver a sua skill no seu profile, na aba Bio.

15) Como eu saio do meu emprego?

Se você estiver contratado a mais de 72h, vá para a página da empresa e clique em Resign. Caso contrário, peça para o seu chefe te despedir. Se não souber quem é o seu chefe, leia aqui.

Finalmente, se a empresa não tem dinheiro para te pagar, ou não tem matéria prima (para manufatura e construção), você pode sair mesmo antes das 72h.

Existem impostos. Para ver quanto é o imposto no seu país, vá para a página do seu país e verifique na aba Economy.

Não, a contagem é mantida. Desde que você trabalhe por 30 dias seguidos, em qualquer empresa, conseguirá a medalha.

19) Minha skill aumentou, por quê meu salário continua igual?

Salários não são atualizados automaticamente. Mande uma mensagem para o seu chefe e peça um aumento! 🙂 Se o seu chefe te ignorar, ou não quiser te dar o aumento, considere a possibilidade de sair da empresa.

É automático. Você come automaticamente meia noite (do jogo), a comida de maior qualidade que você tiver. Se você não tive comida, perderá wellness - não deixe isso acontecer!

É normal, as armas duram apenas 1 luta. Lembre-se que é possível lutar sem armas também, o que é provavelmente a melhor opção no começo.

Essa funcionalidade é nova e está em fase de teste, logo pessoas diferentes terão opções e preços diferentes. Quando a fase de teste terminar (em alguns dias, provavelmente), as mesmas regras serão aplicadas à todo mundo.

Use [img]link[/img], onde link é o link para a imagem. Se a imagem estiver no seu computador, você terá que uploadá-las.

25) Meu artigo não apareceu, por quê?

Se o seu artigo aparece em branco, provavelmente existe alguma tag errada. Ou talvez as tags estejam corretas, mas você está tentando colocar um link para uma âncora externa - o que não é possível. A única maneira de colocar um link para uma âncora externa é transformá-la em um tinyurl (ou semelhante), e linkar este url.

Se o seu artigo nem existe, muito provavelmente sua sessão expirou antes de você publicar o artigo. Você terá que reescrever seu artigo (espero que você tenha uma cópia!).

A única maneira é colocar a empresa a venda, e comprar com a org. Se você tiver dinheiro suficiente, venda por um preço alto, assim ninguém comprará antes de você. Se você tiver pouco dinehiro, coloque um preço baixo e compre bem rápido - boa sorte! Recomenda-se, neste caso, logar com org e citizen simultaneamente.

Compre a matéria prima com a org, então vá para a página da empresa e escolha &quot😉onate Raw Materials". Infelizmente, isso deve ser feito com drag and drop, e 10 por vez 🙁

Doações de citizen para orgs às vezes funcionam, as vezes não.

Não, os email devem ser diferentes.

Sim, pode-se compartilhar orgs. No entanto,compartilhe apenas com pessoas que você confia, já que eles poderão roubar coisas, mudar a senha, email, etc.

Ainda, se a org quebrar alguma regra, o criador da org poderá ser punido - mais um motivo para compartilhar apenas com pessoas de confiança.

Uma casa aumenta o bonus de wellness recebido quando você come, e dura para sempre. Logo, é um bom investimento a longo prazo.

GM: general manager
HW, HWM: hard worker (medal)
MM: mercado monetário, media mogul (depende do contexto)
MPP: mutual protection pact
MT: moving ticket (bilhete)
ORG: organization
PM: private message (MP)
PP: presidente do partido
PTO: political take-over
Q1, Q2, etc: quality 1, 2, etc
RM: raw material (matéria prima)
RW: resistance war
TO: same as PTO
WP: wellness packs (now wellness boxes)

É normal. Porém, quando você aponta para eles com o mouse, um menu com outras opções deve aparecer.

Se não aparecem para você, provavelmente indica que o seu navegador não está atualizado. Se não for o caso, entre em contato com os admins.

47) Uploadei um novo avatar, mas continua o velho, e agora?

Você tem que limpar o cache do seu browser. Tente usar Ctrl+F5, ou limpar a cache manualmente.
Ou apenas espere algumas horas e o seu browser atualizará o cache automaticamente.

Note que embora você veja o seu velho avatar, todas as outras pessoas vêem o velho - já que eles não tem a velha imagem no cache do computador deles.

Não, não existe. Se você for viajar, compre bastante comida para não morrer. Se for se ausentar por mais de 20 dias, ou não puder comprar tanta comida, peça para um amigo te doar comida periodicamente.

Você pode encontrar o link em Community -> Invite Friends. Este link só aparecerá após o level 4.

Note que se você convidar alguém usando este link, receberá 5G - mas apenas quando a pessoa convidada chegar ao level 6.

Utilize ou [ url=link] [ /url] ao redor de uma palavra, ou [ url] [ /url] em torno de um link, sem os espaços.
Você também pode utilizar o botão "Link", que fará isso automaticamente. Cuidado para não ficar com "http" dobrado, já que este já estará escrito quando você apertar o botão Link (mas isso não ocorrerá se você utilizar eRepublik Plus).
