Today the almighty admin has finally decided to punish all of us sinners and made a ridacal change in the mechanics of eRepublik. As all hell broke loose, eRepublik servers are having a rough time and you all know what that means... bugs... bugs everywhere.

Well, let's talk about what's important...

First of all, instead of having "My Land" now we have "My Places"



When you go to "My Places" the first thing you'll find is the employer you are working for.



Just click on work and voilà



Nothing much there, so let's carry on with the hard stuff. The main change that the almighty admin made was to make life way easier. If you are a two clicker say hello to the new way of life, the one clicker (well no exactly one click but..)

WAM (or Work As Manager) didn't disappeared after all, in fact WAM is now more enjoyable. On the first column you'll have your companies and you just need to click on the companies that you wish to work in in the second column. At the right you will notice a proyected total of your production and at the bottom the health you need. Don't worry if you need more than 100 wellness, you just need to have the required amount of food available in your storage and that the wellness required does not exceede you wellnes limit. It will also show you how many Raw Materials you will need for your production. Once you click on "start production", food will be discounted automatically and you will be done with WAM.

The main change is the way workers are distributed. Before, you had to make a job offer for every company you had and the worker could only work in a specific company. Now you can make a huge job offer (that does not exceede your limit that depends on the amount and quality of your companies) and once they have worked you may distribute them the way you like between your companies. Each company has a diferent limit on the workers that you can assign at a time, but don't worry. If you have 18 workers that have worked and have, let's say, a Q5 company, you'll have a limit of 10 workers, but once you finish your production using those 10 workers you can put the remaining 8 to work (thus somehow rendering useless the workers limit IMO).



Now for the really good part, the works that your employee made ,are gathered. So if one day you do not assign them, in the next day you will have double the number of works available and so on. There is no limit so you can choose to save you employees for a specific day!

BUT WATCH OUT! IF YOU FIRE A WORKER THAT HAVE ALREADY WORKED YOU CANNOT HIRE A NEW WORKER UNTIL THE NEXT DAY!

Once you've selected everything you need, just hit "start production" and you'll be ready.



If you wish to WAM in some of your companies (not all of them at once) you may do so and later on work on the others. There will be a green check indicating in what companies you have worked.



In few words:
Hire your workers and wait for them to work. Then distribute your workers between your companies as you like. Make sure to have the necessary Raw Materials (and money for future salaries). Hit "start production" and enjoy.

Another change is the fact that you will no longer need to buy land to build (yay \o/), but now everything is 1000 currency more expensive (fuuuuuuu).

Notice that each building has a different capacity on how many workers can work at a time.





For companies the worker limits are as follows:

Q1 - 1
Q2 - 2
Q3 - 3
Q4 - 5
Q5/Q6 - 10



Let's carry on with the second part. You may have noticed that below the main menu there is a tab menu. Your companies are located in the first tab. In the second tab you can find all your training facilities and is the place were you need to go if you wish to train.



Just select in which facility you wish to work and click on the "train" button.



The third tab leads you to your storage. You will notice that there is no more Toolboxes (as Plato told us last week).



The fourth and last tab leads you to your health buidlings. Here you may upgrade your Town Center and see your current wellness limit.





Until now all good, right? Not really. I mentioned before that you will not need to buy land anymore, ok, but what happened to all of those who had unused land?



In THEORY if you had a free land you SHOULD get your money back. If you had free land and did't recieved the message from Plato go ahead and fill the admins with claim tickets.

Guess what...another change. If you go to your country's economy page (or any other country) you will notice that the income tax has been set to 10% 1% (in reality is 10% but eRebuglik don't care, so deal with it).



And finally, what every single player in eRepublik has been waiting for all this tim.... 100 times more awesome usefull than a Political Party shout feed...

Hoy día el todo poderoso admin finalmente a decidido castigar a todos nosotros pecadores e hizo un radical cambio en la mecánica de eRepublik. Como se desató un infierno, los servidores de eRepublik han tenido un día muy ajetreado y ya sabrán lo que significa... bugs... bugs everywhere.

Bueno, hablemos de lo que es importante...

Primero que nada, en lugar de tener "My Land" ahora tenemos "My Places". Si utilizas la versión en español de eRepublik no notaras ninguna diferencia ya que aún sigue con el nombre de "Mi Tierra".



Al ir a "My Places" lo primero que encuentras es el empleador con el cual estás trabajando.



Simpemnete presiona "work" ("trabajar") y voilà



No es mucho, pero bueno, sigamos con la parte difícil. El principal cambio que hizo el admin todopoderoso fue de cierta forma simplificarnos la vida. Si antes eras un "Two Clicker" (usuario dos clicks), dale la bienvenida a la nueva forma de vivir, el "One Clicker" (bueno exactamente un click, pero...)

WAM (o Work As Manager - "Trabajar como Administrador") no desapareción al final, de hecho, WAM es ahora más agradable. En la primera columna encontraras todas las empresas que poseas y simplemente deberás seleccionar en la segunda columna las empresas en las que quieras trabajar. A la derecha notarás una proyección de producción y abajo la salud necesaria. No te preocupes si necesitas más de 100 de bienestar, sólo necesitas asegurarte de tener el alimento suficiente en tu almacén y que la salud requerida no supere a tu límite máximo de bienestar. También te indica cuanta Materia Prima (o Raw Material) necesitarás para tu producción. Una vez que hayas hecho click en "start production" (inciar producción), el alimento será descontado automaticamente y estarás listo con el WAM.

El cambio proncipal es la forma en que se distribuyen tus trabajadores. Antes, necesitabas hacer una oferta de trabajao para cada una de tus empresas y los trabajadores sólo podían trabajar en un de ellas. Ahora podrás hacer muchas ofertas de trabajo (siempre y cuando no excedan el límite que depende de la cantidad de empresas que poséas) y una vez que hayan trabajado, podrás distribuir su trabajo entre cualquiera de tus empresas como desées.
Cada empresa tiene un límite de trabajadores que puedes asignar, pero no te preocupes. Si 18 trabajadores tuyos han trabajado y tienes, digamos, una empresa Q5, tendrás un límite de 10 trabajadores que pueden trabajar en tu empresa a la vez, pero una vez que hayan trabajado en tu empresa podrás hacer que los otros 8 restantes trabajen en ella nuevamente (así, haciendo que el límite sea de cierta forma innecesario, en mi opinión).



Ahora para la parte buena, el trabajo producido por tus trabajadores es almacenado. Si un día no asignas un trabajo realizado por uno de tus empleados a una de tus empresas, su trabajo se guardará para el siguiente día, por lo que podrás decidir que día producir y que día no.

¡PERO CUIDADO! ¡SI DESPIDES A UN TRABAJADOR QUE YA HA TRABAJADO, NO PODRÁS CONTRATAR A UN NUEVO TRABAJADOR HASTA EL PRÓXIMO DÍA!

Una vez que hayas seleccionado todo lo que necesites, solo presiona "start production" (iniciar producción) y estará listo.



Si deseas trabajar en algunas de tus compañías (no todas a la vez) podrás hacerlo y después podrás trabajar en todas las empresas en las cuales no hayas rabajado durante el día. Habrá un check verde indicando en que compaías has trabajado.



En pocas palabras:
Contrata trabajadores y espera a que trabajen. Luego, distribuye los trabajos realizados entre tus empresas como más te guste. Asegúrate de tener todas las Materias Primas necesarias (y dinero para pagar salarios futuros). Presiona "start production" y a disfrutar.

Otro cambió introducido es el hecho de que ahora no necesitarás comprar tierra para construir empresas (viva \o/), pero ahora todo cuesta 1000 moneda más (fuuuuuu).

Noten que cada edificio tiene una capacidad distinta de cuantos trabajadores pueden trabajar a la vez.





Los límites de las empresas son los siguientes:

Q1 - 1
Q2 - 2
Q3 - 3
Q4 - 5
Q5/Q6 - 10



Sigamos con la segunda parte. POodrás haber notado que abajo del menú principal hay un menú de pestañas. Tu empresas se están ubicadas en la primera pestaña. La segunda pestaña corresponde a tus instalaciones de entrenamiento y es donde debes dirigirte para entrenar.



Simplemente selecciona las instalaciones en donde deseas entrenar y presiona el botón "train" (entrenar).



La tercera pestaña te lleva a tu almacén. Podrás notar que retiraron las Toolboxes (como Plato nos dijo la semana pasada).



la cuarta pestaña nos lleva a nuestros edificios de salud. Acá podrás mejorar tu Centro Cívico y ver tu limite de bienestar.





Hasta ahora tod bien, ¿cierto? En realidad no. Les mencioné antes que ya no necesitarás comprar tierra, bien, pero ¿qué pasa con todos aquellos que tenían tierras sin usar?



En TEORÍA si tu tenías un pedazo de tierra sin usar DEBERÍAS recibir tu dinero de vuelta. Si tenías tierras sin usar y no recibiste el mensaje de Plato, anda y llena a los admin con claim tickets]tickets de reclamos.

Adivina que... otro cambio. Si te diriges a la página de economía de tu país podrás notar que ahora el impuesto al ingreso (income tax) ha sido establecido como 10% 1% (en realidad es 10%, pero eRebuglik no le importa, asi que acéptalo no mas)



Y finalmente, lo que cada uno de los jugadores de eRepublik estabá esperando todo este rato... 100 veces más increible y útil que un shout feed para tu Partido Político...

Danas ćemo vam pokušati približiti par promjena koje su uvedene na dan 1532. Kao prvo vas molimo za strpljenje jer čujemo da dosta igrača ima problema s radom u svojim firmama i treniranjem, kao i sa otvaranjem marketa. Da ne spominjemo da bitke uopće ne rade kako bi trebale. Ali valjda ste se Vi kao i mi navikli na mnogobrojne maintenance i bugove kad admini pokušavaju nesto promjenit, pa zašto bi danas bilo drugačije.



Prva mala promjena je ta da sada umjesto My landa imate My places .



Pri ulasku na My places savjetujemo prvo da odradite u firmi u kojoj ste zaposleni...



za sto cete naravno dobiti i plaću...



Kao što mozete primjetit u ovom dijelu je sve pojednostavljeno, nema više beskrajnog klikanja.
U donjem dijelu označite u Work as manager u kojim svojim firmama želite odraditi. Sa desne strane će vam odma prikazati koliko ćete ukupno stvari proizvesti, a na dnu će vam prikazati koliko wellnessa vam je potrebno za odraditi u vašim firmama. Za to se ne morate brinuti ako vam wellness prelazi preko 100 jer će vam se hrana automatski konzumirat,ako nemate dovoljno wella za odradit u svim firmama kao menađer i nemate kruha kod sebe konzumirat ce vam se energy bar bez upozorenja. Isto tako će vam pokazati koliko rawa vam treba za normalnu produkciju.



Kad ste zadovoljni svime što ste odabrali pritisnite Start production te ce vam iskočiti pop-up sa vašim krajnjim proizvodima.



Ako ne želite odma odraditi u svim firmama, ne brinite jer ćete moći i kasnije. Kraj firmi u kojima ste odradili će se pojaviti zelena kvačica, a kraj onih u kojima niste radili se neće ništa promjeniti što znači da možete odraditi u njima kad god želite.



Ukratko:
Zapošljavate radnika te čekate da on odradi,nakon što je odradio odabirete za koju firmu ćete iskoristit njegov rad ovisno koje firme imate na svoje računu
I dalje je moguć manager work u svim svojim firmama
Odjednom možete imat samo onoliko radnika koliko vam dozvoljava vas land ovisno o broju i kvaliteti firmi koje posjedujete
Primjer:ako vas land ima maksimalan broj radnika 50 i svih 50 odradi morat ćete dat otkaz nekome kako bi mogli zaposlit novog radnika (ovo je trenutno te je vrlo podložno promjenama)
Ako slučajno niste iskoristili rad recimo 5 radnika njihov rad se prenosi na sljedeći dan te ga možete tada iskoristit



Broj radnika za raw firme: Q1-0 , Q2-0 , Q3-1,Q4-1 , Q5-4 radnika



Broj radnika za tvornice: Q1-1 , Q2-2 , Q3-3 , Q4-5 , Q5,Q6-10 radnika.
Ovo određuje vaš ukupan broj mjesta na landu.



Na gornjem tabu druga sličica predstavlja vaš Training grounds. Promjene su ovdje iste kao i u radu sa vašim firmama. Označite koje treninge želite koristiti i stisnite Train.





Treća sličica predstavlja vaš Storage kojem takodjer možete pristupiti kraticom [Shift+S]



Četvrta sličica predstavlja kolekciju vaših Health buildinga





Druga promjena je ta da je ukinut Land. Svi igrači koji su imali prazna kupljena zemljišta su dobili novac natrag te je sada cijena za land uključena pri kupovini firmi, kao i storagea.



Treća promjena je ta da su admini odlučili uvesti jedinstveni Income Tax. Trenutačno je automatski postavljen na 10% (na stranici erepa je bug sa 1😵 te bi ubrzo trebao uslijediti zakon kojim bi se to reguliralo.



Četvrta mala novost je ta da vas sada izbornik s lijeve strane prati gdje god išli...



Te peta novost je ta da od sada ne možete vidjeti koliko netko ima firmi na svojem računu...
