仙貝知識：ABC聯盟是一個小聯盟，過去主要成員是波羅的海三國：拉脫維亞、愛沙尼亞和立陶宛，立場主要篇ONE。


Greetings, compatriots!
The Lithuanian Government made a final decision to leave the ABC alliance.
國民們大家好！
立陶宛政府最終決定離開ABC聯盟。

This move has been thought over during several months, we took into account the opinion of many experienced and respected Lithuanian players...
and finally Lithuania made its choice!
這件事情已經被考慮好幾個月了，我們參考了許多德高望重的立陶宛玩家的意見……
而最終立陶宛做了這個決定！

First steps have been already done, as you can see on example of peace treaties conducted with our neighbours - Russia and Belarus. Thus this decision is irreversible.
We are not dictators, but plans like these are to be classified until the last day. Moreover this decision is weighted and elaborated.
Lithuania doesn’t belong to ABC.
第一步已經實行了，像是你們可以看到的：與我們的鄰居俄羅斯和白俄羅斯簽的和平條約，因此這決定已經無法回頭了。
我們不是獨裁者，但這種計畫是要保持高度機密直到最後一天的。這個決定是需要受到高度的衡量及仔細考量的。
立陶宛不再是ABC的一員了！

As everyone remembers, before ABC was created the relations of Lithuania with Belarus and Russia, our closest neighbours, had been pretty friendly: we lived in peace and helped each other in every way we could. For example, Russian mediation during negotiations with Hungary literally saved our country.
就像大家都記得的，在ABC創立之前，我們與最接近的鄰居：白俄羅斯和俄羅斯的關係是非常友好的。我們和平相處並在任何方面盡可能幫助對方。舉例來說，俄羅斯在與匈牙利的談判中，斡旋並保住了我們的國家。

At the same time Latvia wasn’t always able to arrange friendship with anyone due to own aggressiveness and lack of experienced diplomats in command. They wanted to conquer a new and innocent country - Belarus.
在此同時，因為自身太過侵略及缺乏外交經驗，拉脫維亞總是無法與任何人保持友好。他們想要佔據一個初生且無辜的國家─白俄羅斯。

But since we had become members of a single alliance, Lithuania just had to take into consideration interests of Latvia and Estonia, spending time in a pointless eternal struggle with Finland.
It has become a final step on a road of opposing eRussia in particular and Terra/EDEN alliances as a whole.
但因為當時我們（譯註：指立陶宛、拉脫維亞和愛沙尼亞）已經是一個聯盟的成員了，立陶宛只能決定站在拉脫維亞和愛沙尼亞的利益這邊，浪費時間在和芬蘭的無止無盡的掙扎上。
這變成與俄羅斯及整個ET聯盟敵對的最後一根稻草。

What has it brought us to? Lithuania constantly was forced to maintain an exhausting war on two fronts, to help a weaker Latvia and...
Receive no help back!
這帶給我們什麼？為了幫助更弱的拉脫維亞，立陶宛被迫得持續維持著令人疲乏的雙面戰場，而且……
什麼幫忙都沒有得到！

Estonia plays its Finnish war and doesn’t pay interest to the alliance business unless it requires assistance from it.
Latvia only begs for help and doesn’t pay it back. Lithuania becomes responsible for everyone.
愛沙尼亞跟芬蘭完的很高興，對聯盟事務完全不感興趣，除非他需要聯盟的幫助。
拉脫維亞只能乞求幫忙而不回報，立陶宛變成對每個人都有義務。

The creation of ABC has put us pro-ONE. Powers like Poland, Serbia, Indonesia became our “allies”. But it’s just a fake. ONE demands gold for helping our country and ignores our interests completely. All we get is blackmail - gold demands, and threats - demands of leasing regions to their pets.
ABC的創立使我們親ONE。強國像是波蘭、賽爾維亞和印尼成為我們的”盟友”。但這只是耍人用的。ONE要拿到gold才肯幫助我們國家，而完全忽略我們的利益。我們收到的都是黑函─要G，以及威脅─要求租地給他們的寵物。

Look at Belarus: they are still as close to Ukraine and EDEN as a whole as always. Friends always help them out, no matter what. Ukraine lost 200 000 of national currency just for additional back up in Belarussian war with Poland, which has been won by Belarus due to full scale EDEN support.
Just because they are allies.
看看白俄羅斯：他們仍總是與烏克蘭和EDEN親近，他們的朋友無論如何都會幫他們。烏克蘭燒掉了20萬壁紙，只因為讓白俄羅斯從波蘭的手裡解放，而這場戰鬥在EDEN的全力支援下獲勝了。
就只因為他們是同萌！

Lithuanian place is by these countries. By those who still remember our old friendship and those who are still familiar with words like “brotherhood”, “friendship”, “mutual aid”. Ukraine and Belarus are ready to vouch for Lithuania, so we can join EDEN as a trial member. New opportunities lay ahead and we will walk this path with dignity.
立陶宛的位置在這些國家身邊（譯註：這段話不太懂0.0），他們仍然記得我們往日的情誼及仍然熟悉這些詞”兄弟情”、”友情”、”互助”。烏克蘭和白俄羅斯已經準備好替立陶宛做保了，所以我們可以加入EDEN，以一個觀察員的身分。新的機會躺在前面，而我們將會帶著尊嚴走上這條路。
