[EIRE] Who is eIreland?

Day 2,670, 06:45 Published in Ireland South Korea by An Sluagh

Who is eIreland?

eIreland is my home and has been for the best part of four years. It is made up of a community that has been consistently numbering around 100-120 active fighters for over a year. We as a nation do not discriminate against any race, religion or gender. We are made up of citizens from all over the world and are proud to welcome them to be part of our multi-cultural community. eIreland is a nation which has become home to people from Britian, Macedonia, Greece, Croatia, Canada, America, Italy, Mexico and even Iran! We are open to every nationality and love to hear about each other’s hometowns, their history and way of life. Nothing is better than a good story.

But why has eIreland become home to many people from so afar? What makes us more attractive to these people? Mainly our community. Our community is highly interactive and chatty, we welcome everyone and due to our small tight-knit nature, everyone knows everyone and feels included. Over 1/3 of our active fighter population is involved in either Government or congress. One citizen can easily have their voice heard – and most importantly – have their voice listened to. This is one of the beautiful things eIreland has to offer. Anybody can make a difference.

We provide all of our citizens with a vote on major issues that will greatly affect their eLife. We hold referendums over issues such as Alliance Membership and Region Rentals. We do not look for a 50% majority on these issues as these can still leave 49% of our citizens unhappy with our nation’s decision. We respect a minority no matter what size and look for a 66% approval late to fully believe it will be backed by a large majority of our citizens.

Democracy is something we value. We as a nation have chosen not install our own Dictator to deter foreign PTO’ers. It is a bold move but we feel we should live under democracy in its purest form and should not be intimidated by foreign foes. We will fight til the end to protect it and will not give up. Giving up is something eIreland does not do. We fight hard and punch well above our weight and the eWorld knows it. Should any Military Unit come to sabotage our democracy, we will throw our whole weight at them and our allies will stand by us as will citizens from all spheres of influence. We have become a nation respected for what we have done before and this is something we are immensely proud of and we wish to preserve this.

eIreland has a rich military history. For such a small nation we have had some incredible campaigns. We have fought across the United Kingdom and Denmark to reach Sweden. We invaded Poland when they occupied the East Coast of the United States and returned these regions to the American people. We have airstriked ourselves into Central Europe and built up a colony comprising of regions from Italy, Austria and Slovenia. We have airstriked Saudi Arabia to then launch an offensive on Greece. We have launched an unsuccessful airstrike on Brazil. We are keen to fight and the world knows it. We have had our regions occupied for months on end by the United Kingdom. We have had the Polish arrive on our borders and pushed to their limits during their occupation of us. We have had both Moldova and China airstrike us only to be removed soon after to their bitter disappointment.

eIreland has a rich sense of cooperation with her allies and friendly nations. We have seen ourselves rent out regions from deep within the United States of America and we have rented to them two of our six regions. We have offered South Korea a space within Ireland to secure themselves congress as we understand the difficulties of being wiped for long periods of time and we wish to assist and resist any unjust occupation. We have also provided our region of Mayo to Macedonia free of charge as a safehaven to enable them secure congress after their long occupation by Greece. eIreland is willing to cooperate and assist.

For our small size we were fortunate to have received an 80% food bonus and a 40% weapons bonus in the recent Resource Wars. Our production rates are good and sustainable to producers. We have also worked on making eLife as attractive as possible for our employers, employees and self-producers. eIreland proudly taxes our citizens the minimum amount.

1% VAT
1% Work Tax

What is there to complain about? We have also restructured our commune system within our State Military Unit – Irish Army – so that all soldiers work in the private sector. This encourages more production and supply for the overall market and has brought prices of goods down. We also protect our producers by charging 99% import tax on finished products as well as 60% import tax on food raw material and 25% on weapons raw material. This reduces the chances of our producers being beaten off the market by producers from countries with full bonuses.

eIreland looks after its citizens also by providing them with additional services and benefits. Within the past two months there have been three main benefit programs introduce😛

24/7 Weapons Supply – eIrish citizens have access to free Q7 weapons 24/7.

Training Ground Upgrades – eIrish citizens were able to request a grant to fund the upgrading of their Training Grounds.

Irish Investment Fund – eIrish citizens are able to invest money into the Ministry of Finance and make greater profits from the Monetary Market due to National Ogs having no Gold transfer limit.

These projects are something we wish to make a frequent thing for the future just as they have been part of our past. Previously the eIrish Government has provided eIrish citizens with similar Training Grounds Grants, a 10,000 IEP payout as well as 8,500 IEP for the purchasing of a Saltpeter Mine.

eIreland is the closest thing in the eWorld to a fully functioning Socialist State and we are continuing on our goal to becoming a full Socialist State.

However, we need more citizens, we want more citizens. We need to grow, we want to grow. I fully believe that eIreland is the greatest nation in the eWorld. We have done incredible things for our size and we aren’t even done yet.

Come to eIreland, see what we are all about.
