[eCH] Kaad4CP - A new breath - Who gets it? LOL

Hi everyone!

After reading all CP candidacy, I was not really convinced by them.

Who am I? A belgian RL which moved to ePeru and then to eSwitzerland to meet people and have fun. I'm currently MoD and PP of the SLP. I spent already 3 month in governments. And for those who on't know yet, I'm boy 😛 (I was surprised that it made buzz😁)

Here are the subjects I want to go threw this month.

Military

As MoD, I know more than anyone current situation of Switzerland. We are actually occupied by a stronger country. We have wounderfull allies helping in RW but in NE, we can't win. I tried to coordinate with our allies some common operations to attack Slovenia. However, due to several factors, we were not able to do a common operation.

I want this month open the possibility for Switzerland to deal with Slovenia. To deal by the military way. Diplomacy with Slovenia will maybe be possible this month with a new CP. If it is the case, we will try to get our 4 regions.

Our military strengh is not bad for a small country of 60 active citizens. But we need more damage concentration. I have put in place this month a pm with commanders to share orders. But I want to give access to these orders with an external support described bellow. It would be much more easier if we had less MU but we can't.

Community

I will encourage the use of our IRC channel. We have wounderfull ex-Swiss citizens there. IRC is another way to enjoy the game. There's #eSwitzerland but also #swiss.power for the battle orders.

This government will contain a job of Minister of Fun. This minister will organise games and funny articles for the community. Players are not here to log on, read pm/alerts, work, fight and logg of. We have actually tallented writers and we should reward them.

I also want to provide the best support as possible to our new players. They are few, but some of them are amazing players. The state will support them in food until they reach D2. SWIDAH program will be closed to players of D4. These new players will be followed by (I expect to find someone) minister of education.

A forum is going to be create. It could be a great external support to our community. You will find discussions from you military unit, your political party, statement from goverment. I really want to communicate outside, give reports to the community.

Economy

Our economy is very bad. However, supplies can't be lowered. We could close supplies few rounds before the battle ends but this is only an economy of 100q7...

Without regions, we can't earn money! I send you to the military point. We need at least 1 region to raise our economy. If we have no regions but still keeping project on, we will be out of money.

MoD orders will change of system. The player will be rewarded with tanks by its number of kills in the listed battle. More people will be able to get weapons than, but in less quantity for some people, covering only the need.

I hope to find a solution with Slovenia in order to start again our economy.

I'm also wondering about selling license in the country. Food is very expensive and none buy it so no money from taxes. I will encourage new licenses and get these people as official market sellers on order to boost our market. New citizens are not aware and are buying expensive food here.

I don't like the idea that the state money is secure on player accounts, but with the PTO threat it is necessary. This money should be aviable for the cp.

Finaly, as we can't win NE, we will sign minimum mpp to save the 10 000/mpp. We will only sign mpp in case an ally really need us. 1 mpp less is +- 1400q7 weap.

PTO

This month for congress was perfect... before multies came. These multies obliged us to have no congress. They can start again next month since it seems very easy to create 60 multies for a congress election. For money security, I will manage to have no congress next month. It is an imperative.

I would like therefore to review every illegal entrance in eSwitzerland. By illegal, I mean people which where not accepted by the CoI. I will apoint a MoNS (Minister of National Security) in order to see their job for Switzerland and their wishes.

External relations

We are a founder of CoT. This alliance is based on equality and friendship and it is still the same. We are having some military organisation, but instead of criticizing, lets act! My government will reflet with other government on the possibles changes.

If negociations with Slovenia are unsucessfull, we will improve our relations with Italy and Croatia. We have still a treaty with Italy to honor.

-Find a solution with countries which have Slovenia as common enemy

Why am I runing and primaries

I'm a bit scared by seeing all candidates programs. And maybe it is time for an european to rule this european country. Yesterday, I was not thinking at all to run, but I beleive I can win primaries. I hope the government will organise soon these primaries as there's now 3 candidates.

I'm also very aviable! I will come back soon from holidays. And this month as university student, I'm free!!! I'm ready to get CP for now will my knowledge of institutions and situation but also my free time.

My government

This governement will be composed of several ministry. You are welcome to send me a message, but I will start asking if I win primaries. Here are the jobs:

vCP: Advice CP and ministers
MoFA/vMoFA: Diplomacy + ambassies
MoD/vMo😨 supplies + orders + military coordination
MoEc: manage accounts + report it to government. Give advices on spending to MoD and MoF/MoEd
MoF: create articles and bring some fun + organising games/lottery
MoNS: revise entrances (must be open but not easy mind) + multi hunting and reports
MoE😛 educate new players threw pm/articles
