【信息部】通告：移民申请及ec移民试行条例 （Echina Immigration）

通告：从即日起，EC所有移民要求都要通过移民局审核，游戏内直接申请而没有联系移民署的移民申请都将被忽略。
From now on，Every request of Echina country Citizenship should be sent to ministry of Echina immigration first. Your cs request will be ignored if you only apply for echina cs ingame without contacting ministry of Echina immigration .

Immigration Trial Regulations：

第一条 国籍审批权归属移民局。议员们不能在本规定之外自行审批国籍。
The first, the right of accepting cs request belongs to immigration department. Congress members can not accept cs by themselves.

第二条 一旦发现议员自行国籍，一律先由议会内部批评，情节严重将由议会发报通告批评。
Second, without the agreement of immigration department，congress member will be punished by accepting cs.

第三条 申请国籍，除在游戏内部申请国籍外，必须同时PM移民局组织号（目前暂定外交部组织号），否则视为无效申请。
Third, to apply for citizenship, in addition to apply for citizenship within the game, you must also pm the organization account of Echina immigration (now it's ), otherwise your request will be ignored.

第四条 移民局在第一时间对申请人进行审查，审查内容包括但不限于现有国籍、日常作战情况、好友及报纸情况等。无法通过审查者将被直接否决。
Fourth，immigration department will verify the cs request of applicant at first time. The verification include current cs、daily battle situation、friendlist、newspaper etc. Cs request which can not pass the verification will be directly rejected.


第五条 一般情况而言，移民局将会直接通过由盟友国家总统及其内阁首长、盟友国家著名坦克担保的人员国籍。担保内容应至少包括不参与政治及遵守EC市场秩序。
Fifth, generally, someone who can offer the guarantor to guarantee their cs request will pass the verification of echina immigration. (guarantor can be: echina ally's president、minister of Cabinet、famous tank,etc.) Guarantee content need include never involving in echina politics and obey the echina economic market rule.


第六条 没有获得担保的其他审批人员，将进入滞留名单。
Sixth, no guarantor, your cs request will be sent to waiting namelist.


第七条 eC快捷通道，申请eC国籍的本国玩家（亦包括NK的EC玩家、ROC友人）只需要找两个eC担保人，并且担保人PM移民局，说为谁担保即可。

第八条 ECIA考察战士将在达到ECIA规定标准后由ECIA指挥官推荐入籍。入籍后将作为ECIA成员，禁止自行离开ECIA。
Eighth Soldiers of ECIA can be recommanded to get echina cs by ECIA commander after achieving ECIA goals.
Once, you get echina cs, you will become the member of ECIA and can not leave ECIA. (ECIA is a military group: Echina International Army)

第九条 任何形式贿赂总统、内阁、议员、移民署人员的行为，一经发现，自动进入移民黑名单。
Ninth, any action of bribing President, the Cabinet, Congress, staff of immigration department will automatically send your name to the echina immigration blacklist.

第十条 移民局与外交部合署办公，共用外交部组织号。
Tenth， Echina immigration will use the same organization account(Ministry of Foreign Affairs CN) with Ministry of Echina Foreign Affairs.
