[eBe] Some numbers from the MoF

Day 2,224, 14:55 Published in Belgium Belgium by NBB-BNB

Dear eBe Citizens,
we have compiled for you some information about the eBe Treasury.
Currently we do have 612000 BEF and 517 Gold that we can spend immediatly.
There is furthermore a 125 gold that eBe should receive as payment for loans. It is important to realize that this money can not be spend right now, but assuming that all loans are repaid, will be able to be spend in the near future.

The MoF department has checked all financial data between day 2125 and day 2214. During that time there were a lot of non-recurrent expenses, that are approved by congress (like the 'Recuperate Package' for 60k BEF, 'MoF Activity Handout' for 500k Bef and 750 gold and 'Black Friday Support' for 450 gold). These numbers are not a good precursor for coming expenses.

What are important numbers are the recurrent ones: BNA, ABC, Citizen packs, ....
BNA receives its funding in a big lump sum that is good for a long period and it requests it again when the money is used. Based on the time-interval between 2 of these requests, they spend roughly 88k BEF in a term. This estimate is naturally depending on the activity of the BNA-soldiers and the amount of soldiers. The BNA-commander estimates that the spending is lower (that is definetly possible, since sometimes stocks are bought)
Similar, the ABC numbers have been checked, and they come to a 30k BEF spending per term according to the commander. The data from the spreadsheet shows however lower costs in the past (20k/month).
Citizen packs averages down towards 45k BEF/month and BYS is solely 24k Bef/month.

There are two expenses that need to be calculated towards futher costs, but their amount is depending on government policy: Civilian strikes and MPP's

As people may know, we have currenty a daily income that is 200 BEF (averaged over a month). This is however not enough to sustain our current spending for ever. At a certain point in the future, we should decrease our spending. But now we still have enough. It is good that we have our current citizen program's and the money is used in a very good way.

Best regards,
The MoF Department (aka SX80&NLSP)
