Dear eBe-citizen,
this is a small reminder for you, to urge you to fill in the Questionnaire to participate with the MoF's Huge Activity Based Give-Away and Lottery.

when will it be time to hand-out?
Starting from Friday 1st of November, the tickets will be counted. The time needed for this is depending on the amount of replies and the amount of MoF-Slaves available. I expect this will take a few days, especially if there is need of some additional clarification or a judgement from MCKitKat, MaryamQ and I.
Thereafter an article will be published stating the amount of tickets everyone has and the ticket relevant donations will be executed. When all these donations are done and people are celebrating, the MoF will buy as much kittens as there are tickets and tattoo on each kitten a number, corresponding with a ticket. Then we stop giving the kittens food and the order of the kittens that dies, determines the order of the tickets. So it depends then how long it takes for the kittens to die from starvation. (Or a different mechanism may be determined later, but that will also take time)
I hope the whole program will be finished at least on 10th of November, but unexpected events could fasten the procedure (for example when there is a huge influx of cheap new MoF-slaves) or slow it down (for example when the pub next to the Ministry of Finance is having again 'Day Time Disco' and 'Happy Hour' or there is a shortage in kittens)
