INTERNATIONAL MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

I. GENERAL

A. Parties to the Agreement
This Memorandum of Agreement is between eIndonesia and eAustralia. The two country shall be referred to collectively as the “Participating Country” in the Memorandum of Agreement.
B. Purpose of the Agreement
Trying to improve economy and relationship between two parties, the parties to the agreement agree to conclude this Memorandum on resource concession. The purpose of this Memorandum is to facilitate and to describe the resource concession condition between the parties to the agreement.

II. TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT

A. Obligation
1. Both Countries must announce this agreement with the official country newspaper as a sign this agreement applies to both country.
2. eIndonesia must accept the resource concession law proposed by eAustralia and help defend the resource region and Australia, so that they are not taken over by other countries.
3. eIndonesia must pay a sum of money monthly in accordance with what is written in this agreement.
4. Both countries must maintain and obey this agreement until this agreement ends.

B. Type of Resource
The resource that included in this resource concession agreement are :
1. Deer in Tasmania region
2. Cattle in Tasmania region
3. Grains in Tasmania region

C. Duration of resource concession
This agreement will start on January 2019 and will be ended on June 2019 (6 months) with clause of being extended for 6 months later.
D. Payment from leaseholder
eIndonesia as leaseholder must pay 350.000 cc monthly as fixed amount to eAustralia as resource owner. If income from GDP more than 350.000 cc monthly then eAustralia must return the excess to eIndonesia otherwise if income from GDP less then 350.000 cc monthly then eIndonesia must pay the deficit to eAustralia. Monthly payment are always held every 4th day of each month or before Country President Election.

III. LEGAL PROVISIONS

will be the guarantors for this agreement until this agreement ends. The names mentioned above must be able to provide clear information and to the president afterwards when their term ends and still have responsibility for this agreement until this agreement ends.

B. Punishment
In a situation where one of the parties does not carry out the agreement, the guilty party will be charged a fine of 500.000 cc apart from the resource concession fee and must be paid to the injured party no later than 7 days after the monthly payment.
C. Updates to the agreement
Updates will take place after both of Country President or Minister of Foreign Affair agree to update the agreement by attaching an addendum document or revising this agreement.
D. Termination of the agreement
Termination of the agreement can be done if both parties agree and announce with official country newspaper that this agreement ends. If the agreement gets terminated before the agreed deadline from one of the Parties for any reason, the side which is terminating the agreement has to pay a fine of 750.000 cc to other party of the agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties here to have executed this MOU on the January 15th , 2019 (Day 4074).
