Pershendetje te gjitheve,

Se pari dua tju faleminderoj te gjitheve qe nominuat personat qe menduat se jane te duhurit per te fituar njerin nga 10 cmimet per kete vit.

Tani pa humbur kohe, te fillojme me spjegimin e vazhdueshmerise se konkursit.
FAZA 2:

U tha qe faza 2 do ishte faza perfundimtare, por meqe u nominuan 40 persona, te gjithe te mernin pjese do ishte shume dhe cdokush qe do kishte 2-3 vota do kishte mundesi te fitoje. Prandaj do e zgjerojme konkursin ne 3 faza, ku faza e 3 do jete ajo perfundimtarja.

Ne fazen e dyte do kete 4 grupe me nga 10 persona, prej secilit grurp, 5 do bien poshte, 5 do pranohen per fazen e 3 pra per finalen.
Cdo lojtar do kete mundesi te votoje 3 lojtar nga secili grup pra gjithesej 12 lojtare.
Votimi do vazhdoje perafersisht 1 dite (ndoshta edhe 2 dite, nuk eshte e caktuar), por kur te mbaroje, do njoftoheni.

Votimi do behet ne google drive, ku cdokush do duhet te shkruaje emrin e tij ne erepublik, linkun e profilit dhe te votoje 12 persona te nominuar (3 nga secili grup).
Besoj nuk do e keni te veshtire te kuptoni si votohet, pasi shumica keni kerkuar ndihma ne forma te ngjashme. KLIKO KETU PER TE VOTUAR!

Rregullat e fazes se dyte:
1. Votuesi duhet te jete shqipetar, te kete nenshtetesi shqipetare ose te jete person i huaj por i njohur nder shqipetaret.
2. Emri dhe linku i profilit duhet te jene te sakte pasi vota nuk do numerohet perndryshe.
3. Votimi per te njejtin person 2 ose 3 here nuk eshte i lejuar, prandaj nese e ben kete gje, te gjitha votat tua ngelin te panumeruara.
3. Blerja e votave nuk lejoet (nese dikush te ofron dicka ne kembim te votes, raportojeni te DonCurtis)
4. Te vendi per koment, shkruaj vetem nese ke dicka me rrendesi. Nese nuk ke, lere bosh, nuk eshte patjeter te shkruash budallalliqe.

FAZA 3:

Faza 3 qe eshte edhe faza finale, do kete 20 kandidate ku cdokush do mund te votoje 1 ose 2 te nominuar (kjo do diskutohet dhe do sqarohet kur te filloje faza e 3). Shperblimet per fazen e trete mund ti shihni ne artikullin perpara ketij artikulli.

This is not the original translation from the above text, but it's about the same thing, and it explains most of it.

First, i want you to know what this article is about. Eagle Awards (created by me, DonCurtis) gives awards or prizes to Albanian players. This time, the award is about the Albanian Player Of The Year. The first part of the competition was the nomination phase which is explained in the previous article in my newspaper (only in Albanian), the second part is happening right now, it is the voting part 1/2.

How does the competition work?
There will be 10 winners (although one will be the great winner and will get the grand price of 65 gold, the others will get fewer gold), but currently there are 40 competitors which is a lot, so this time we will vote to eliminate 20 competitors.

After the second part finishes, the third and final part will come in which you will only be able to vote for 1 or 2 finalists (this will be decided later) players to vote for.
