My beloved fellow Canadians,

This article will focus on a small part of my domestic policy and Cabinet.

Bread and Circuses



The month of November will hopefully be a very big month for eCanada domestically. I have planned several fun contests and activities to keep eCanada busy and entertained while I continue the PTO of love. Today, I will announce the most exciting activity for my term. Today I present you with the first monthly eCanadian Hunger Games.

eCanadian Hunger Games

“Happy Hunger Games and may the odds be ever in your favor!”
All eCanadian Military Units will be required to have their members sign up between November 6th and 10th for a drawing to be held on the 12th. We will draw four members from each Military Unit, one from each division. If there is no entry for a particular division from a MU another member will be picked at random to take their place.

Each day contestants will have a certain goal to survive. Whether it be a certain number of kills, a certain percentage of influence increase, or not having the least kills in their division. The tributes will not usually know what the specific goal to survive for the day is until after the day has ended. This contest will continue daily until we have our victor.

The prizes and rules

The MU with the highest sign up rate (number of entries/membership) will receive 5,000 cc for Combat Orders

The MU with the lowest sign up rate will have one of their tributes “die” at random as soon as the contest begins

Each day members of eCanadian MUs may sign up three times between 00:00-05:59, 06:00-11:59, and 12:00-23:59 (all times are Erep server time).

Each time someone enters their name into the drawing they will receive 2 Q7 weapons

There will be Feasts held at random throughout the games with prizes varying for each contest and participants eliminated based on random qualifications. The Feast and the rules for the Feast will be announced 24 hours prior to the Feast.

The Victor will receive 500 Q7 weapons and 20,000 cc
Members of the Victor’s Military Unit who signed up for the contest will receive 25 Q7 weapons and 2000 energy
The Victor’s Military Unit will receive 1000 Q7 weapons and 10,000 cc for Combat Orders

While eCanadian MUs may be open to members of any nations, only eCanadian citizens will be eligible for the Hunger Games.





My Cabinet



The Leadership



I have chosen a different configuration for my cabinet this time around. There will be three gentlemen with full access to all decisions made by my government. They will be my right hand (Chief of Staff), my left hand (Vice President), and the man tying my hands (Chief Critic).

The Vice Presidency
My Vice President is a great Canadian and will be my partner in the month of November. Most of you know him as the eternal Party President of CPF. TheSmoke will be helping me with my domestic agenda for the month of November as that will be the large part of my administration’s focus.

Chief of Staff
I have chose a man to be my Chief of Staff that I have a great deal of respect for as a player. Connor Macleod will be in charge of managing my cabinet and acting as a liason with Congress.

Chief Critic
The office of Chief Critic is a position that is an essential part of my Cabinet. The job of the Chief Critic is to keep me and my government accountable to the the people. This position is filled by a man who has shown he has no problem taking me to task for my mistakes and it will be his job to report to the people any things I might do that he believes violate my mandate or anything he believes jeopardize the well being of eCanada. Foxfire acted as my main opposition last term and I believe he will do a wonderful job as snitch for the PTO movement.

The Team



Minister of Defense



Pat Harper will be in charge of coordinating our mutual defense with our allies and our military leaders. Being in an Australian timezone helps ensure we have updated battle orders throughout the night when we need the damage most.

Minster of Foreign Affairs



Dozzer_x will be in charge of handling our foreign affairs and ensuring eCanada is well represented on the eWorld stage.

Minister of Internal Affairs



Oinyo will be my Minister of Internal Affairs. As MoIA, he will be tasked with working with our parties and MUs on retention programs, publishing articles promoting Canadian Military Units, and promoting charities that help Canadian players with supplies.


Minister of Education



Utat will serve as Minister of Education for my administration.

Minister of New Citizen Assimilation



As one of the first Canadian converts to the PTO Dr .Manhattan will have the privlege of converting all new immigrants to the PTO. He will be charged with help new citizens get involved with the community and be in charge of my administration’s immigration initiatives.

Minister of Lulz



Minister of Lulz will be replacing the Ministry of Propaganda. Sal T. Balls will be running the Ministry of Lulz. He will write entertaining articles making fun of all the awful things I’m doing as the Canadian usurper. Since I write an average of four articles a week, I figured a Propaganda Minister was unnecessary. This seemed like a fun alternative to the Ministry of Propaganda.
