[DMV4CP] I'm Standing at Full Atention for YOU again, Canada

Last month Canada did me the honor of making the luckiest man in the eWorld when they elected me their President. I'm hoping with all we've been able to do together this month you'll chose to keep this relationship going a little longer. In the last few weeks we lowered taxes, brought in new citizens through immigration, created a rocket program for our young players, join Circle of Trust, and built a much closer relationship the eUS.

This month I believe Canada will have a variety of choices for President, but I am asking Canada to once again put your trust in me to lead you into a better future. The Canada I envision is active, loyal, and prosperous.

Prosperity

If elected I will work with Congress to keep taxes down and to encourage growth, economic stability, and prosperity for the people of Canada. I will also continue the work I have started this month to get all our regions back from Spain. Any advance in territory will be accomplished through diplomacy and not through military action as some of our more hawkish citizens would prefer. If reelected I promise a chicken in every pot and a tank in every garage, plus a sexy woman to do the house work.

Activity

This month Canada has been buzzing with activity from both its government and its citizens. By reelecting me Canada ensures not only an active government, but also an active opposition. An active opposition is the life blood of democracy, and as we have seen this month my opposition is fired up and active. If I am reelected I can guarantee these people will not shut up for at least another month.

Loyalty
With our inclusion in CoT and our renewed relationship with the US we have an opportunity to show our allies and the eWorld that Canada is a loyal and faithful partner. If I am reelected we will do exactly that by honoring our commitment to joining CoT as a trial member, honoring our NAP with Spain, and continuing to build a stronger relationship with the US.

In my next article I will get into specific plans and ideas for the upcoming month.

I have no doubt about this. Probably want to strengthen that relationship until we're practically eAmerican ourselves, at which point we may as well just hand over those regions so that our dearly beloved neighbors can get most out of this game.

You completely missed the point Valiant.

In the past, eUS would not rent to eCan, even after we helped eUS kick Poland and Serbia out of your country. You expressed no thanks. It was more important to eUS that they be whole than to share with neighbours. We were willing to rent to eUS then, but you didn't want to reciprocate. Now that eUS faces a wipe, you decide to be "reasonable".

Canada renting regions from the US does not work because idiots start RW and we cannot beat the stupid US Two Clickers without US help. It ended up being to much a drain on both countries damage. Remember Alaska?

I gladly accepted Technician. I recall he has been accepted as an eCanadian in the past and I have no issues with accepting him as one in the future.

As for other citizenship requests, I cannot vouch for most of the others.

To be fair we have a pretty weak hand and you've played it reasonably well. The CoT vote sticks out for me as the only mistake.

Congrats on doing what you said. I returned as soon as the Work Tax was fixed, the strategy worked for me.

Your office broke the bank signing 15 MPPs with CoT countries, some of which aren't even at war, and now you are talking about increasing taxes because we are running out of money. You haven't proposed a budget for congress to approve/debate/hold you accountable to, you are just spending more than you said you would. Where is the MU funding you promised? I don't support MU funding but you did promise it. I think you get a failing grade on this, particularly by wasting over half of the country's treasury to impress CoT.

Congrats on doing what you said here. I don't like the fact that some of your invitations have been done in CDC despite numerous requests to move thread to ODC. This flies in the face of the road show you intended to conduct, that would imply something transparent for all to see.
